Cross-border worker

I have replied to your concerns at my talk page: you really have no need to be worried. However, having written the article, you won't want it to be orphaned, so while writing it you would be wise to make at least a mental note of which articles should link to it. Does someone from Belgium working in Luxembourg qualify? I don't think so because of EU Freedom of Movement law, but am I right? How about a French citizen working in Switzerland? and what about Brexit and the Irish border? The Open borders article could use such a link. Many Mexicans cross the US-Mexico border every day but I have no idea what conditions apply.
