User talk:Kung Fu Man/archive7GGC on 1RRHi there. The Gamergate controversy article, which you have recently edited, is under 1RR, which means an editor may not make more than one revert per 24 hours. A revert is defined by policy as "An edit or a series of consecutive edits that undoes other editors' actions—whether in whole or in part". As such, I'd request the latest revert you made in which you changed the meaning of the sentence to be self reverted. Cheers! PeterTheFourth (talk) 08:19, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
Discretionary sanctions notificationThis message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.
Please carefully read this information: The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding all edits about, and all pages related to, (a) GamerGate, (b) any gender-related dispute or controversy, (c) people associated with (a) or (b), all broadly construed, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here. Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.Strongjam (talk) 12:34, 6 August 2015 (UTC) Transcript of HuffPostLive interviewA while ago, another GGer and I put together a transcript of the HuffPostLive interview you referenced recently, with timecodes for the questions and answers so you can verify the content: http://pastebin.com/Famvp4G0. Revert of your edit to Gamergate controversySorry to do that! I understand what you were trying to do, but I think you went a bit far. Happy to discuss on the article talk page. Dumuzid (talk) 23:36, 6 August 2015 (UTC) A beer for you!
The Mary Sue as RSHas, not surprisingly, been discussed before. Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_189?searchDepth=1#The_Mary_Sue_Disclaims_Itself_as_an_Unreliable_Source This certainly doesn't mean it shouldn't be brought up again, but I thought that was useful background. Thanks. Sorry for this roundabout way but a source from this website is highly notable and should be worthy of interest.(Really wish they lowered the edit restriction atleast, sigh) TheRealVordox (talk) 05:04, 9 September 2015 (UTC) The WikiProject Video Games Newsletter, Q3 2015The WikiProject Video Games Newsletter Project At a Glance

MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC) Wrong nameHi, Kung Fu Man, I just noticed that you uploaded this image: Ash Williams in "Army of Darkness" (1992).jpg... but it appears, because I know (and recently re-watched) the Evil Dead trilogy, that this picture is taken from Evil Dead 2, not Army of Darkness. If you agree, we should launch the procedure to move the file from its current wrong name to a more correct name (for instance: Ash_Williams_in_"Evil_Dead_2:_Dead_by_Dawn"_(1987).jpg). Don't you agree with that? Kintaro (talk) 18:18, 24 November 2016 (UTC) The WikiProject Video Games Newsletter, Q3 2016The WikiProject Video Games Newsletter Project At a Glance

As you probably know, he inserted reams of stuff in these kinds of articles, mostly to the effect of "X female game character was named on Mad Hot Gaming Brazil's hottest jiggly bewbs on a polygonal game character in the 21st century" or some such frivolous stuff. Feel free to reintroduce some or all of this content of course, no worries. --Jtalledo (talk) 11:33, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
