This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Possibly notable, but lacks sustained coverage from reliable secondary sources. Parts of draft need to be rewritten in order to avoid MOS:PEACOCK (e.g. "he delved into the study", "another milestone", "added remarkable achievement", etc.) and MOS:WEASEL (e.g. "some spatial design projects"). Not sure why the draft closes with a list of stuff that subject owns. Is ownership thereof part of what makes this subject notable? If not, it does not need to be included. Citations from PR Times unacceptable per WP:BLPSELFPUB.
