@Raydann: Hi, thanks for the trout, it was my understanding that a Level 2 Warning assumed no particular faith good or bad. In a case such as Kirishiba's, it was obvious vandalism to a BLP and my understanding of WP:UWLEVELS is that it may be appropriate to warn a disruptive user at a higher level than 1 where their behaviour is obviously in bad faith. @Avocado616 As I explained above, the information contained there is sourced and should not be removed without due consensus. If you want to discuss why this is the case (ie Wikipedia's policies) I am happy to do so here. Otherwise, I am also happy to analyse the sources at the Article's talk page where you can seek to establish a new consensus.
