Why do you remove redlinks to notable subjects?

    • Can you just STOP removing them altogether please. See, for example, your removal here compared to this and multiple others. Let someone else sort out whether a redlink is justified. You're not a good judge of it. do something else please. Thanks. Also, as exemplified by this you don't seem to understand wikilinks generally. There's plenty of other things for you to do. E. M. Antoniadi

I was wondering why you removed Category:20th-century Greek astronomers etc from his page when the astronomer's page clearly identifies him as being a Greeek astronomer.Tzim78 (talk) 20:05, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

• Antoniadi was ethnically Greek, but the category is meant to categorize people by the country they were nationals of, not be mere ethnic link. Antoniadi was a resident of the Ottoman Empire and later France. He was not a resident of Greece, and so was not a national of Greece, and does not belong in Greek categories.John Pack Lambert (talk) 20:20, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

Las Humanas

I have edited the article Las Humanas that you wrote in 2011. You wrote about it as one pueblo, while the Jumanos Pueblos are three (Pueblo Colorado, Pueblo de la Mesa, and Pueblo Blanco). I note that Gran Quivira is also known as "San Buenaventura de Las Humanas". The Jumanos Pueblos were associated in the salt trade with the Las Salinas Pueblos: Gran Quivira, Quarai and Abo. See map at NMAF Map showing their proximity. I was wondering why you picked "Las Humanas" as the title rather than "Jumano Pueblos" or "Jumanos Pueblos"? Or did you intend the article to be about the misnamed Gran Quivira pueblo? I don't have access to Anderson's The Indian Southwest, 1580–1830: Ethnogenesis and Reinvention which you cited, so I couldn't check there. --Bejnar (talk) 18:31, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
