BTW, can you do me another favor? It's from this article "Espionage". Is this grammatically correct? "However, if they are caught behind enemy lines in disguise, they are subject to prosecution and punishment—including execution—instead of detention as prisoner of wars as many considered spies to be outside of the laws of war and thus treated them as unlawful combatants." I looked at it. I noticed that the paragraph is devoid of citations. Hey, I need a little help.

I don't like the way I put it this way such as the perfidy article. If you look at the the way I put it, Article 37 is very closer to the provision of the article but I put Articles 38 and 39 like two spaced away from the provisions of the Protocol.
