@Rodrigo1198: That is very weird. I suggest that you just wait for a few more days and see if the image is uploaded or if you get a reply. If you don't hear back, get back in touch with me and I will try to figure something out. Regards, Jith12 (talk) 16:16, 18 March 2017 (UTC)

@Jith12: Problem is that I sent the letter to the permission-commons two weeks ago and still no reply, why i'm I getting frustrated is because is only one photo that I want to upload to her wikipedia that's all 😭

@Rodrigo1198: Try using this image release form at Commons. Be sure to select "I represent the copyright holder" for step 1. Then put the photographers name for copyright holder.
