Welcoming UsersHi Jamie. I notice you have been welcoming a lot of new users recently. While this is nice, posting welcomes to users who may not ever edit Wikipedia clogs up the servers, occupies unnecessary space and is not generally needed. While your kindness is appreciated, perhaps save the welcomes to users who have already made a few good-faith edits? » \ / (⁂ | ※) 09:58, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
Thank youThanks for welcoming me. I intend to make occasional edits in articles about India. Riceplate Reddy (talk) 10:55, 8 January 2009 (UTC) Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBotSuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun! SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping. If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker. P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot (talk) 16:34, 6 February 2009 (UTC) I have no objection if you want to AfD this, but I'm not comfortable with a speedy deletion when a recent AfD reached "no consensus". I just wanted to inform you that I declined to delete Survival Sunday, a page that you tagged for speedy deletion under criterion A7 because of the following concern: A7 does not apply to terms and phrases and even if it did, it only applies when there is no possibility that an article might meet notability guidelines. Here there were reliable sources in the article to indicate that it might. Please review the criteria for speedy deletion and especially what is considered Non-criteria. In future you should rather tag such pages for proposed deletion or start an appropriate deletion discussion.
