User talk:Jagra/Archive 2THIS IS AN ARCHIVE TO JAN 2009 PLEASE DO NOT EDIT SignaturesThanks for the clues on the help desk re above. Where can I find a list of codes for different colours? (I see some just have say colour 'green' in the signature text string rather than code?) Also want to superscript (talk) Hope this not inconveinient Jagra 00:55, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
Colors can be described using either their name or the hexidecimal code corresponding to the red, green, and blue levels in the color. I generally have to look up both, so I tend to use rgb code which is generally shorter. You can also play with the size using the size parameter or the font using the face parameter (edit this section to see how this was done). There is a short description at Wikipedia:Signatures of how to change your signature. The easy part is changing it, the hard part is coding it. To make your signature green, and link to talk, for instance,
Hope this helps, and by all means, let me know if there is anything else I can do. Best wishes, --TeaDrinker 01:33, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

Since I have a COI, there is not much more that I can do there, and I would hate to see a good article go because a user dislikes me. Guido den Broeder (talk) 12:39, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
I just now enabled my email option, although you could probably find my email off of one of the links on my user page in a pinch. I sent you an email and checked the box to CC it to me, but I've seen no trace of it, leading me to suspect it vanished without a trace. -- Strangelv (talk) 01:21, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Userboxes
In the text line of each userbox, replace the comma and extra spaces with <br> It will break the line at the place where you place it. Also, you might want to group the userboxes on that page (See: Wikipedia:Userboxes#Grouping) And finally, even if you go "live" on the rest (looks like you're making them subpages in your userspace) wait a bit on "cruising". I'm intrigued by that one, and may have some code to format that one a little better. Hope this helps : ) - jc37 16:01, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
PE UserboxVery slick. Grazie. MARussellPESE (talk) 02:04, 30 April 2008 (UTC) CFS/FMS/MCS/ME/etc.Hello - I have had variations of these most of my life and am very impressed with your recent work on the new additions that I discovered only yesterday. I took medications and suffered most of my life, though now I take no drugs whatsoever and am completely cured. My root causes were a severely congested liver and gallbladder (www.ener-chi.com - see Health info and Articles), and a completely misaligned spine at the atlas due to a childhood bike accident (www.upcspine.com). The connection between the HPA axis and toxicity is that when the liver cannot properly detox (due to congestion or lack of the proper nutrients to detox), this causes stress on the body that causes the HPA axis to work overtime, which in turn stresses the adrenals. This is the basis for the vast majority of cases of these various illnesses that I have ever seen. Additionally, a misaligned spine at the atlas will also cause stress to the body (along with a certain kind of fibromyalgia), thus drawing down the adrenals even more. There is another kind of fibromyalgia (www.fibromyalgiatreatment.com), and while the guaifenesin treatment does work well as it breaks up the deposits and excretes the lactic acid through the kidneys, the real core problem is that a congested liver lacking in the appropriate nutrients cannot adequately excrete the lactic acid buildup which is where it is supposed to happen naturally, thus leading to the deposits in the muscles, which also drains the adrenals over time. This weakens the immune system and sets up the body for opportunistic invasions from bacteria, viruses, and even parasites (which a fellower sufferer had, that perhaps would be a good addition to the article as well). Eventually, the adrenals collapse completely, after going through a series of stages that cause alternative hyperactivity and exhaustion (a saliva ASI test shows this most reliably). Since doing an intensive cleansing/flushing and rebuilding of the colon, gallbladder and liver (in this order - very important), along with the specialized upper cervical chiropractic work, I have become cured of CFS, etc., though it has taken several years of rebuilding because my liver was in bad shape due to the prescription drug use. While I would like to contribute to the articles, time will not permit me to do so in the next few months. Given your level of interest in the subject, I thought you may be interested in these additional insights. Wishing you the best. --Cminard (talk) 14:38, 8 June 2008 (UTC) EHSSorry for accidentally reverting you - I pressed revert rather than restore (it's early here!) The additions that Pensees (talk · contribs) makes have been discussed and dismissed. He can wait a week or two and reintroduce them if he likes. Verbal chat 07:17, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

That is a later step in a dispute process, but it can start with a request for comment about me and i think comments from outside are good. Here is the guidelines for an RfC when you are interested at that [2]. Thx, RetroS1mone talk 14:02, 6 January 2009 (UTC) |
