Current compositionHello! I'm a german Editor (De:user:Girwidz) and I'd like to know, how you make Current compositions. Do you have a programm/app? Because e.g. over 700 seats are really much. Greetings, Girwidz (talk) 17:39, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
Brexit Party colourHey. Thanks for the edit. I wasn't sure about the colour initially so chose a small-c conservative blue. It seemed to fit. If there's a more appropriate colour we should go for that, obviously. Let's all keep an eye on it. doktorb wordsdeeds 21:28, 14 February 2019 (UTC) BLP'sHowdy hello! Currently there is a coalition between the Liberals and the New Democrats. Henceforth, the red and orange boxes should be on one side, with all other colours on the other side. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:569:BDFB:9600:E0A7:470:AC32:1175 (talk) 07:22, 14 December 2020 (UTC)
Bundestag-ArticleHey JackWilfred! I completely agree with you that consensus is crucial. But please note that this question was settled in the transition period between the 17th and 18th Bundestag, as you can see on the talk-page, and that my edit from yesterday thus corresponds to the "standard procedure". SV party colorHello! I saw there have been some changes to the color code of the Socialist Left Party recently, and that you changed the color to a very dark red due to accessibility issues. The change is very understandable because, as you say, the colors of Ap, SV, and R are all very similar. But as a Norwegian, the dark red or even brown-ish color for SV really seemed jarring to me, as it's not the one used customarily and it's generally not the one associated with SV. I checked their website right now just to double-check, and it seems they have indeed started using a very dark red on there, so this would be a good argument to use such a color. However, the customary color in Norwegian media and other sources is a pinkish or purplish red; oftentimes SV's color is shown as lighter than that of both Ap and R. I don't have any preference when it comes to which particular shade the color should be, as this often varies. But the color definitely ought to be changed to something ranging from pinkish to purplish red, as, again, those tones are the customary ones that we use for them domestically. Back in the early 2000s, before R was a major player, Labor was usually shown in plain red whilst SV was shown in a much darker red or maroon color not too dissimilar from the one you have changed it to, but this has not been the case in many years now. I'm going to link some sources to various sites so you can see some of the common variants yourself, and I hope we can find one that lets the party stand out visibly from the aforementioned two. Please let me know how you think we should proceed, cheers! Example one, two, three, four, and five. Μαρκος Δ 22:11, 22 September 2022 (UTC)
Making SVG Party LogosHello JackWilfred, thank you so much for making a SVG logo for the Nordkalottfolket article! I was wondering how you, and other Wikipedians go about making them for future reference and use. I was meaning to create them to update certain articles with the ideal SVG (rather than JPG or PNG) political party logos. I would really appreciate some pointers and resources if you have any to share! Thank you so much in advance for your time! Ornithoptera (talk) 22:29, 21 October 2022 (UTC) |
