It has now been fully protected for a few weeks because of edit warring, and you (and I) tried to engage those involved in the edit war to discuss the issues. However, no-one has thus far commented at all. What happens in cases like this? I have left a message on Talk:2006 FIFA World Cup asking if it should now be unprotected or changed to semi-protection, as no-one involved in the edit war seems willing to disuss their differences. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. Ian Manka 21:55, 6 April 2009 (UTC) Hi Ian, According to Wikipedia's own terms, the article for Skoda Auto (subsection criticism) is in breach on three counts: [1] 1) The sources quoted are from a forum which is speculative and factually incorrect. 2) The content of the sources are libelous. 3) The information contained within the entry is relating to an ongoing legal case that is subjudice with the courts of law here in India. The quote specifically states: "Skoda India authorized service center -- allegedly -- swapped parts from a car that was scheduled for service and replaced them with defective ones, resulting in an accident" Kindly remove references (and block subsequent edits to this page) that reference the forum and details of the case. In addition, please remove the accompanying photograph which is in it's self part of the case! Ian, Skoda has a clear vested interest in putting a lid on the Criticism section. I've tried to keep the tone of the section as neutral as possible. Since Skoda India has a problem with the word "allegedly", I've removed that too and changed the reference from the forum thread to a more solid newspaper article. Is Skoda India going to next say that the newspaper article is factually incorrect and libelious? Nowhere do I mention the details of the ongoing legal case, just the incident that precipitated it. I also wish to clarify that I do not own a Skoda or have any vested interests in this whole issue. I came across this criticism and felt that it should be made known to everybody, but it looks like Skoda likes only boquets, not brickbats. The accompanying photograph is NOT part of the case; this is. The red car was photographed near Chennai which is far removed from where the present case is running. It is also relevant to the content of that section. Would Skoda India like me to replace it with a photograph of the car that was wrecked when Nummer Eins installed a defective brake rotor in it? Overzealous revertingI'm not a vandal, I just corrected a typo. There were 2 references to the first reference. It looked like this: [1][2][1]. I fixed it by removing the latter reference. Not vandalism. 75.69.187.159 (talk)

Had he done so, they would have owed a second-round pick. In the grand scheme of things, other editors have already gone back and forth on this, and the consensus appears to be that it is an unhelpful detail in the 2009 NFL Draft article. In the past this editor has edited my contribution and left them with grammatical errors and ruined the syntax. I started in good faith, I initially wanted to translate the content on the Spanish page Inmigración croata en Chile into the English one but what for if it is going to be ruined or carelessly pasted somewhere else. 190.208.86.19 knows his html and can format, paste, add references html etc…but he doesn’t understand the language of the page itself. Is there a Wikipedia policy that encourages a person to at least have a basic understanding of English grammar to edit English wikipedia. To edit pages in English Wikipedia without any basic command of English, in my judgement, is vandalism. Vandalism in German ArgentinePlease, take a look. German Argentine has been vandalized by Chilean IP 190.208.86.19 for a week. He has been vandalizing German Argentine article, German Peruvian and other ones about Peru, while exagerates German Chileans without source (he leaves the source that clearly says there are at most 150,000 German Chileans, but he changes the number). In the case of Argentina, he has been re-editing old sources all the week. He received the last warning (23 April 2009) but he continues even worse. He doesn't know English and edits in a wrong way.
