I have viewed a rare recording of its performance, given to my German class by Colonel Gail Halvorsen himself, on a DVD. I have contacted Ms. Giroux asking for an audio copy of the song, but she does not even have one herself! Is there any way I can either cite my correspondence (via email) with Ms. Giroux, or perhaps somehow upload the footage of the performance online to corroborrate the article? I only wish to preserve this historic song, so that it won't fade in time forever (as it is nearly lost if not for Col. Halvorsen's recording.) Thanks, goob. It would seemit would seem that you are on a wiki cleaning rampage. im fine with that, i dont want wiki to end up as another en-dramatica. however, the mmog evolution page IS NOT worthy of deletion, so when we have it finished, and remove that annoying notice, please dont replace it. Aquinas College, PerthHey Doctor =) you seem to be pretty with it, so i was wondering if you could review my article on Aquinas College, Perth at Wikipedia:Peer review/Aquinas College, Perth/archive4 , I have spent a considerable amount of time on this article and have been lacking in the feedback dept. Thanks =) Smbarnzy 12:58, 10 January 2007 (UTC) Sourceswe did place sources. didn't you see the link to NeonWiki? (evolution wiki) and there is also the link to the game itself. if a wiki dedicated to the game doesnt count as a valid source, and the game doesnt ether, then you will not find a single source of information. all the information provided IS accurate, and none of it is original research. i have seen some people use LJ blogs as a source of information, perhaps if i posted one? (three guesses what the username is!) i think you should try playing Evo, you can join [LOL]. it will be fun, i promise! Evil oranges 02:28, 28 September 2006 (UTC) Deprodded. Famous rabbi. If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. It will help, as the host says the label is giving away free music and how people can get it. I haven't included any of the label's press releases as an actual reference, only as an outside article for more info for readers. I am just a fan of the label but have done too much work to let it go. The Extinction of Mankind release is high profile, and so was the Eyehategod cancellation, thats why it is noted, it was a talked widely about among metal and punk fans. If it is decided more is still needed please let me know, I know it can be proven because the label's stance on the current record industry and their actions are at the forefront in terms of direction for small labels especially. No. It's like.....if one reads about J'burg, that person might really like to read about Pretoria, right? Why? Becuase they are both cities in SA. Now, to your case. I had included Gono, Chiyangwa on the see also section. Why? You guys are both businessmen or were in Zimbabwe. Likely one person that read your wars with Mugabe would love to read about Gono, the man who weilds the sabre at innocent people on behalf of his master, Mugabe. I hope this makes sense. I will go ahead and put back the 'See also' section. Samwise Gamgee 14:17, 7 February 2008 (UTC) MawereThe citations, will be rectified. Due to its nature, it has not found itself to be documented or labeled in any text as it is a fairely recent developement. It is also only practiced by a certain age group (mainly adolecents) in the country. Any cultural expert in Trinidad and Tobago with knowledge on adolecent sub-culture will be able to validate this article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.140.155.41 (talk) 20:48, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
Blogs and notabilityThanks for giving that Super Comet article a second look. Just to clarify my position, Wikipedia currently has the view - established a few years back - that with the exception of blogs done by notable people, that they are automatically to be discounted. However the world has changed and blogs are increasingly being seen as sources of record. Sites like The Smoking Gun, which is a blog, is being used as source material by news organizations. The Grudge Report blog is being used now as source material by the likes of the AP and CNN. My point is Wikipedia's policy regarding blogs is very outdated and needs to be reevaluated, because the fact is we'll be seeing more and more topics that are exclusively discussed on blogs as time goes on and Internet culture continues to develop at an exponential rate. Obviously some blogs are just nonsense, but I've lost count how many official announcements of products, of films, etc., have been made via message boards and blogs, and no longer through "traditional" news sources or press releases. It's no different from the growing number of musical artists who aren't bothering to work with record companies anymore and are releasing their work exclusively through websites. Not long ago, personal websites weren't considered RS either, but that's changed in the last couple of years. The notablity of made-for-Internet productions is also something that needs to be reevaluated, now that we have things like Star Trek Phase II being nominated for Hugo Awards and networks announcing web-only series such as that thing with Rosario Dawson. okieGotcha, I do get steamed up over this guy; besides his incessant, passive aggressive disruptions and annihilations of talk pages and articles, I find his constant degradation and debasement of Holocaust related articles that many people have put effort into to be obnoxiously voyeuristic and offensive (and I and other editors had to waste hours monitoring and fixing his trail of chaos). I'm looking forward to the likely, long overdue community ban. Boodlesthecat Meow? 03:37, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

Institute page for deletionHi Huon, I added information on the talk page regarding the deletion for your consideration. I am trying to learn how to improve the page, my apologies. I believe the reason why Google is not finding the page is because it recenlty change URL but the cached version can be found in Google. I do not know if 'conflic of interest' affects this page or not, my only interest here is to ensure that the information regarding ESB London includes the research institute, otherwise it is inacurate. The information can be verified via the official website but also, if necessary the college will issue documentation. I hope I am not in conflict, as I merely try to be accurate about EBSL's composition.
