January 2017Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Advertising has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.
Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 00:59, 27 January 2017 (UTC) Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Advertising. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 01:01, 27 January 2017 (UTC) You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} . GriffinTGA (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: This block was over 2 years ago and I would like to use Wikipedia again. I was being stupid and posted an advertisement to my YouTube channel on a source. GriffinTGA (talk) 21:12, 27 October 2019 (UTC) Decline reason: User is unresponsive. Yamla (talk) 12:26, 13 November 2019 (UTC) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

GriffinTGA (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: May I at least have a temporary block? GriffinTGA (talk) 15:37, 1 March 2020 (UTC) Accept reason: Since it has been three years, I will give you another chance to show that you can be a constructive contributor. Good luck. 331dot (talk) 09:58, 3 March 2020 (UTC) Again, what do you wish to do on Wikipedia if unblocked? 331dot (talk) 15:49, 1 March 2020 (UTC) I don't know. Sometimes I just see some small details that are incorrect. I would like to fix them. March 2020Hello GriffinTGA. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to Draft:Greg Silverman, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO. Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly. Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:GriffinTGA. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: I am not being paid. I just wanted to create a page and I found out that Greg Silverman did not have a page.
