Even though the tag is not eligible for hoax, it did include sillyness that went to far. The page has now been deleted.

This means that the contributions of that user have repeated vandalism. If only 1 edit was vandalism, do not report (yet).

Unformatted articles should not be PROD, as they can easily be fixed. Consider placing {{wikify}} or {{cleanup}} at the top of the article instead. These display a message telling users that it needs proper formatting.
