Wagner In 2009, User:Cirt deleted an article about a motivational speaker and writer Michael J. Wagner. I started an article about a Maryland state legislator whose name was also Michael J. Wagner and who died on February 13, 2014. I let User:Cirt known since he was an administrator and Cirt responded that he/she was no longer an administrator. You were also involved with the deletion and are still an administrator so I wanted to let you know. I will put a note on the article's talk page since a bot put a notice about the old deletion on the Michael J. Wagner talk page. Hi, I do freelance work for a stand-up comedian/warm-up comedian/hypnotist named Mark Sweet, and since the last time we tried to put up a Wikipedia bio on him, he's received more press/articles/mentions. I have reedited/recreated his page, and before attempting to submit it, I wanted to send you a message with the info to make sure it's copacetic! Forgive me if I'm contacting you incorrectly or doing something wrong with the page, I'm trying to follow directions as closely as I can for someone who doesn't create Wikipedia content & has been a bit flummoxed by the process! Adrianne Wadewitz was a feminist scholar of 18th-Century British literature, and a prolific editor of the site. As part of a worldwide series of tributes, New England Wikimedians, in conjunction with local institutions of higher learning, have created three edit-a-thons that will be occurring in May and June. The events are as follows: May 21st at Northeastern University's Snell Library, in the Digital Scholarship Commons on the second floor May 22nd at Brown University's Rockefeller Library, in the Digital Scholarship Lab June 25th at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (exact location TBA), where we will also be hosting a "how to conduct an edit-a-thon" session beforehand We hope that you will be able to join us, whether you are an experienced editor or are using Wikipedia for the first time.
