Administrators' newsletter – November 2022News and updates for administrators from the past month (October 2022).
Negar MortazaviI didn't make any presumptions at all about who's vandalizing and who isn't -- as I've already clarified on the article's talk page, my only concern was that the editwarring has to stop immediately. Who's right and who's wrong is for people with far more knowledge about Negar Mortazavi than I have to determine; my only concern is shutting down the reversion war. It isn't standard for administrators to restore disputed material into the article in the interim, either -- it's standard for disputed material to be kept out of the article pending discussion on its appropriateness. But regardless, my only concern was stopping the edit war so that the admissibility or inadmissibility of the disputed material could be discussed rather than editwarred over.
