Speedy taggingYou should not be speedy tagging articles until you have more experience. When you tag an article, you must notify the creator of the article of the tag. You failed to do this when you tagged 2022 WhatsApp Outage.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:40, 25 October 2022 (UTC)

This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing. A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project. Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 12:22, 20 June 2024 (UTC) Administrator Noticeboard (June 2024)There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 21:20, 20 June 2024 (UTC) Apology from WeatherWriterHey GenevieveDEon. I wanted to apologize for how hot-headed I was yesterday and today. I should have been more patient and I absolutely should not have started the discussion over on the administrators noticeboard. That was done way to fast. I should have worked to discuss the situation more with you before jumping to that. I've actually been told by several editors in the past that I often do get too hot-headed in discussions. I guess you could say I relapsed on the efforts I had done to improve on that. I truly am sorry for that. I know you are a new editor to Wikipedia, and I really am sorry if I gave you the wrong impression of Wikipedia editors. You are a great editor with a lot of potential. This is a horrible way to meet new editors, but to close my apology, I wanted to say my talk page is open all the time. If you ever have any questions regarding policy or how something should be done, you can always ask me and I will do my best to answer your question or redirect you to someone who can. That said, I am probably the last person you would want to ask for advice, given how I acted towards you. For all of my attitude and hot-headedness, I am sorry. Have an amazing day and keep up the amazing work on Wikipedia! The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 02:11, 21 June 2024 (UTC) X post@GenevieveDEon this twitter post has 1,000 views and it says: "Attention !!! @Wikipedia editor GenevieveDEon, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:GenevieveDEon, has flagged Peanut the Squirrel's listing for Deletion !!" I thought you might want to know because it could be concerning what angry people/Internet trolls might do to your page. Luckily, I think there's an AbuseFilter that stops new users from editing other user's pages. UserMemer (chat) Tribs 23:59, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
