I'm trying my best to be reasonable with you. My edits, that you reverted, had Dawn (newspaper) references which is the most reliable newspaper of Pakistan, and a recognized Wikipedia source. You should know yourself that it's NOT original research. So be reasonable and don't keep reverting my work. I checked all other used references at the article and those entries of notable people are already accepted on the List of Jats as long as they have a recognized Jat surname backed by a reliable source. My edits meet all these Wikipedia requirements. Ngrewal1 (talk) 18:58, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
Nothing to do with the reliability of the sources. Not a single source of yours mentioned that an XYZ individual is a Jat. All they mention are their surnames. Deducing somebody's caste based on surname = WP:OR. Go though the link please. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 19:00, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
i am Sock puppet of Muhammad Samiuddin Qazi (sami)
hiye, please forgive me and please don't block me. i am very embarrassed for doing this. now i will not do anything which is not good for Wikipedia. - Muhammad Samiuddin Qazi (Founder and Owner) (talk) 3:49, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
You described my edits as "disruptive". However, I perceive my edits to be policy based considering the Ramesh Pokhriyal article is a BLP requiring a high standard of sourcing. Such "Indian Government sources" merely reproduce what the concerned person says / claims about himself /herself, including exceptional claims which require exceptional sources. see 1 and 249.36.131.222 (talk) 03:45, 14 September 2019 (UTC)
Indian govt. sources are used for all Indian politician articles and these are official data. Your specific targeting of Ramesh Pokhriyal shows your POV. Besides, controversy related to his degrees has been taken care of by User:Rhode Island Red. In Wikipedia, we are supposed to show "both sides of the coin" as per WP:NPOV. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 06:49, 14 September 2019 (UTC)

Yeah, I spotted they were also a sock of PankhilSen partway through my reverts of Ck3141 and started including their edits in my reverts, plus edits from the IPv6 I think they use sometimes. I got more when reverted TheAvengersAssemble, but probable not all I could. I'll see if I can get more on the next few socks they create as they obviously have no desire to stop. I left a post on TheAvengersAssemble's talk page and got a less than positive response. Ravensfire (talk) 13:06, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
TAA appears to have done a "rage-quit", based on the reason they left for deleting their user page. And then WAddict is created and starts editing several of the same articles making very similar edits. I've added them to the SPI. I have found several articles that are using external links to IP addresses puporting to be Lok Sabha website bio links. I removed several of those, but found [1] which I think would be a better replacement option as I find them. Ahh, so much fun. Sadly, I think they are a decent editor that means well, but can't get past the need for good sources (not anything they find online) and that they actually have to use sources and they can't create any page they want, and when they get blocked, just go to a new account. Ravensfire (talk) 15:46, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
Ravensfire, This one seems reliable. I also believe that they do constructive edits but I'm sure there is some COI issue. They might try to recreate their 'brother's' article. This editor might be closely associated with politics themselves, like BJP cadre and centered in Madhya Pradesh. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:56, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
On 17 September 2019, In the news was updated with an item that involved the article Paul Cronin, which you updated. If you know of another recently created or updated article suitable for inclusion in ITN, please suggest it on the candidates page.
Hi, your edit on the P. V. Sindhu article which removed the hatnote cites "no ambiguity". In English, people usually abbreviate their given names, not their surname; e.g., J. K. Rowling, J. R. R. Tolkien, E. E. Cummings, T. J. Miller. Similarly, "P. V. Sindhu" would imply that Sindhu is her surname, which it isn't. Any naming convention that doesn't follow the "(Given Name) (Surname)" pattern should be highlighted, as it is for most Chinese biographical articles (e.g., Xi Jinping). Please don't remove hatnotes like this in the future. Cheers. Getsnoopy (talk) 01:40, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
Hi, I saw this edit and I wanted to quickly ask you, as I'm unfamiliar with the policies, would it be alright to keep the Indic script in the lead but inside a lang template? Or is it preferred for it to be removed altogether? Thanks! Dr. Vogel (talk) 10:32, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
Yeah I read that bit, and I'm totally cool with that. I was just wondering what your opinion would be about having it inside the lang template, like this:
Particularly because in this case it's clear-cut that it's Tamil, and we're sure about the native spelling. I don't really mind if we remove it, it's just that I'm personally keen to include in the articles as much information as possible, as long as it's relevant and accurate. Dr. Vogel (talk) 10:57, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
DrVogel, any Indicscript is banned in the lead and infobox even if it is 'clear-cut'. There is a blanket ban, so we cannot even mention that is obvious. You can add Tamil: பூம்புகார் in other section though. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:03, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
This is for your valuable efforts for countering Vandalism and protecting Wikipedia from it's threats. I appreciate your effort. You are a defender of Wikipedia. Thank you. PATHSLOPU15:55, 20 September 2019 (UTC)
@DBigXray: Since your writing style is excellent and you seem to be very much interested in current affairs, I was thinking whether you write professionally for news, magazines, etc. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:30, 22 September 2019 (UTC)
Thank you, I would take that as a compliment and pass a major credit for it to my teachers. To answer your question, No I do not write for them or anyone. --DBigXrayᗙ11:34, 22 September 2019 (UTC)
haha, glad to see that you heeded the warning. When multiple requests dont work, you need to up your game. The archive seems to be working well, and the page much better. Do you really need to keep 2 month old threads on the talk page ? Just asking, you can keep whatever you wish on your talk page, as long as it is not causing inconvenience such as page load errors/ browser crashes etc. but a quicker archive such as 15 days or 1 month keeps the page more manageable. wight now it is 150Kb. still on the higher side. Also there are 4-5 unsigned --DBigXrayᗙ 17:30, 22 September 2019 (UTC)threads on the top, that failed to archive due to the lack of time stamp. you can add a random 4-5 month old time stamp for them to be archived, or just go ahead and delete them if you dont want to bother about these threads on the top. --DBigXrayᗙ17:30, 22 September 2019 (UTC)
DBigXray, I always thought of getting it archived but I have abandonment issues. I feel like everything should be right in my sights. You won't believe I still possess some books and copybooks from my 3rd standard! I've all those Autocar and Overdrive magazines I bought in college. Secondly, older talks remind me to revisit forgotten things e.g. this, this, User_talk:Fylindfotberserk#Kuswaha matters and this user made a lot of problematic edits which I thought of correcting in a later time but I forgot. Only remembered after skimming through my talk. I'll reduce the algo hopefully soon. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 04:54, 23 September 2019 (UTC)
Mass changes by IP
Hello. I was hoping to get some help cleaning up the mess made this[2] IP editor that seems to be making frequent changes to categories on a variety of articles. On their individual IP alone they have nearly 1,000 edits, and I'm not sure whether ot not it would be acceptable to go through and revert them all. I did some, but became hesistant upon seeing the sheer number of edits that need to be cleaned up. Thank you for your time. Lupin VII (talk) 21:40, 24 September 2019 (UTC)
Lupin VII, Yeah I've crossed paths with this Russian IP before. They do good faith edits but also edit wars sometimes. This edit of theirs is a good edit for example. Feel free to revert anything that's POV or incorrect. Seems like a single user with a dedicated IP. Checking on the massive amount of edits they have done is a humongous task. I'll see what I can do. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 09:34, 25 September 2019 (UTC)
