User talk:EzrealChenMarch 2018Hello, I'm TheOldJacobite. I noticed that you recently removed content from Nightcrawler (film) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Just a small part of this Protoculture article is translated from Newtype Magazine; the most was, if I'm not mistaken, from an interview Anno made somewhere in America after the airing of EVA.--User:TeenAngels1234 (talk) 11:29, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
Newtype Anno statementsHello @EzrealChan, this is a bit late, but I remember you previously asked about a Newtype September 1996 interview, this excerpt: “様々な理由で描き切れなかったけど、本来のストーリー上の25・26話(最終回)に関しては、25話はプロットまでできてました。26話はプロットの段階で放棄してしまった。” Which you translated as: “Because of various reasons, I was unable to draw it out, but there is something about the original version of story of episode 25 and 26 which is that the plot of (the original story of) episode 25 had already been done then, but (the original story of) episode 26 was abandoned while its plot was developing.” Correct me if I'm wrong, but could this actually be from the June 1996 issue instead? It has this similar excerpt: "Finally, in the course of making Eva, I got where I got for a number of reasons I could never really explain. But as far as the original stories of episodes 25 and 26 (the last ones), I managed to finish episode 25 as far as the script was concerned. Unfortunately, I had to abandon episode 26 while it was still at a very early planning stage. I’m reworking the episodes 25 and 26 that will be sold on LD [LaserDisc] and video next year, but as far as episode 26 goes, that’ll be a complete revision, so that it’ll be more ‘visual’. I’ll do it again by deconstructing the original plan." Or is it indeed from September? Maybe from QuickJapan (later collected into Schizo/Parano?) If that's not the case I'd be thankful for the text. A friend has the September issue but I never asked him about it and I'm not sure he'll still have it. This link has an English translation, from an initial French one, if you need it, but I don't think it has the Japanese. You also asked about the Protoculture Addicts #43 interview. It contains that translated excerpt from the November 1996 Newtype. You can find it in English here at the EvaGeeks Wiki and the Japanese source here. FelipeFritschF (talk) 08:17, 4 May 2021 (UTC)
NGEHi, Ezreal. Sorry if I always contact you, but I have some suggestions on the article on NGE. Maybe you are busy, but, in any case, I list some doubts.
Re:About the quoteHi, Ezreal. Nice to hear you. Sorry for the late answer, but I'm extremely busy with university. I'll fix this. Thank you.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 17:00, 21 March 2022 (UTC) ArbCom 2023 Elections voter messageHello!
