Small requestHi Enoch. Having seen your resarch on which schools various justices of the High Court of Australia went into, can you tell the names of the sources that verify William Gummow and Victor Windeyer as alumni of Sydney Grammar? Thanks! GizzaDiscuss © 06:23, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

transferring an image to Wikimedia Commons and backHello. I recently uploaded an image to Wikipedia (Image:Gatewayfountain.jpg) and then uploaded a duplicate on the Wikimedia Commons. I know there are more steps to do, but I'm not sure what they are. Regards, IT'S DA...Ανέκδοτο 03:53, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
Vanadalism from FSHS studentsHi Enoch, I'm also currently a student from Fort Street High School (I know you have left already, but you do still know lots about it). Is it too often that there are people vanadalising the school page? My user page is being vanadalised now and I'm requesting semi-protection. We've had a small bout of people vandalising people's pages at school after looking at people who logon. I currently placed a footnote at the bottom of my page pretending that someone knows about the vandalism, and pretending I'm a moderator by placing "this page will be protected" at the end - is that allowed? I'm trying to scare off these people who think they're funny... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alltrainzfan (talk • contribs) 10:08, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
Reply here: Thanks Enoch - wish if some students in our school have something else better to do. Give me a yell if you have any objections. Thanks, Dihydrogen Monoxide (H2O) 06:59, 18 September 2007 (UTC) Image:Larry MullenHello, why did you delete the image of Larry Mullen? I am not at all knowledgeable in image policy, and was given express permission by the webmaster of the website it is published on and the photographer to use it. Thanks! Deletion of The FuhHey man I know you gotta work hard trying to get rid of all the junk people put on this thing but my page on the Fuh may sound stupid to most people, but I can assure you it is no joke. Iknow a lot of people who do belive in it. So even though it is so little known and sounds like nonsense to you, I ask you to reconsider deleting it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.41.215.22 (talk) 16:10, 23 September 2007 (UTC) A Belated ApologyI imagine you don't remember, but in May 2006, you deleted this page, James Cumpsty. That's me. I did what so many other newbies to wikipedia do, i created an article about myself, almost a year before i started editing properly. It only just occurred to me that there would still be a record of its deletion, so i am here now to say sorry for wasting your time, and sorry for making article. Jac16888 has smiled at you! Smiles promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by smiling at someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Happy editing! --Jac16888 22:18, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Just as a heads up, this image is being used here. Give me a yell if you object to this, and feel free to help out with the portal :) Dihydrogen Monoxide (H2O) 05:27, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
Image deletion Diamondring-eclipse-March03-29-2006.jpgWould you please explain to me why you have deleted the total eclipse photograph I had added to Wikipedia in April 2006. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Beccus (talk • contribs) 13:27, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
FlagsHi about Wikipedia talk:Use of flags in articles, your feedback would greatly be appreciated at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Modern Chinese music. I have tried asking people whether this is a real policy, and it seems so. Benjwong 17:30, 28 September 2007 (UTC) Vampira Show Titlescreen ImageHi. May I ask why you removed the Template:Db-noimage tag from Image:Vampirashowtitlecard.JPG? I personally don't see an image or title screen, but perhaps I am mistaken. If I added the wrong tag or followed the wrong procedure, please let me know. Thanks and sorry for any confusion. Pinkadelica 19:31, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
Advice on correct template to useHey, I'm trying to get the two articles Caisson (Asian architecture) and Zaojing merged. They deal with the same thing, but one is under the English name and the other is under the Chinese name. I have added most of the relevant bits from Zaojing to Caisson (Asian architecture), so Zaojing does not have any significant contents not already in Caisson (Asian architecture). So I'm wondering what is the correct procedure to use. If the two articles are about precisely the same thing, should I be adding mergeto/mergefrom templates? Or should I be proposing one of them for deletion? --PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 11:14, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, I did that, but another editor is now insisting that they are different. I don't think he actually thinks they are different. He just has an ideological objection against using English words to describe Chinese things. He's insisting that I use a merge discussion. --PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 22:55, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Just one editor. Now he's messing with the article (Caisson (Asian architecture) to discredit it/remove "his" bits in preparation for the merger discussion. --PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 23:31, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Re:Small requestThanks for replying! I'm pretty much inactive except for small doses of vandalism reverting to control my Wikiholicism until I get past a little hurdle called the HSC. Regards, GizzaDiscuss © 09:51, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
RFA ThanksClick there to open your card! → → →
My dear Wikipedian Enochlau, CreditsThis RFA thanks was inspired by The Random Editor, who in turn was inspired by Phaedriel's RFA thanks. So unfortunately this is not entirely my own design. This end the usual RFA thanks spam. You may return to your regular editing now. Stub or Not?I don't know if this is article I created is a stub or not. Me is an album by Fiona Sit, and I feel I have added everything that needs to be added. Can you help me judge it out? If you feel its a stub, stick a {HongKong-album-stub} in. Thx ^^ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dengero (talk • contribs) 00:51, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
Song NameSorry to bother you again, but I recently created another new album page for Fiona Sit, Funny Girl, and in it is a song in Chinese named 小黑與我. "小黑" supposedly is a pet, in a cute way, so I named it "Blackie". But then a friend came along and got really offended and called me racist >.> So now I can't really think of a name. Any chance you can help? I really dont want to directly translate it and call it "Little Black". Thankyou in advance~! Given the results of the survey last month, it would appear that many Wikipedians enjoy ITN, so I'd like to make sure we can get it in almost every week. We (alextongiscool) were in the NSBHS computer room where alextongiscool repeatedly edited different articles for a laugh and couln't find all articles edited. BTW, what did he edit and how did u stumble upon the NSBHS page? The article has no contextual content, and satisfies #7 on the speedy criteria list. The edit summary didn't help explain why you feel the article doesn't qualify for speedy deletion, and the {{hangon}} tag wasn't used. TIA. ColdmachineTalk 08:49, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
Deletion of PageYou recently deleted "OSIsoft." I believe you marked it as spam. It was not spam. The article was a Company stub, was factual, and was created in regard to another article about one of the company's products. It contained no opinions, was not in violation of any copyrights, and was important. Can you explain why it got deleted? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Makbrandon (talk • contribs) 15:20, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

I just used your photo of Manly Beach in Sydney for the fan club of the new Manly-based soap Out Of The Blue. The club is on Facebook. Hope you don't mind ever so much. Thanks buddy. in the news...Not sure if this counts as an "in the news" type of thing, but wikipedia was insulted in a recent episode of the Simpsons. :) ---J.S (T/C/WRE) 22:19, 2 December 2007 (UTC) Fort Street High SchoolThis page has been protected since may, which is excessive in my view. would it be possible to unprotect at this stage? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Libstooge 01 (talk • contribs) 03:45, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
