Disambiguation link notification for January 21Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Pine Residence, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Henri Gouraud and Ottoman (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. I believe they can be credited to the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Culture. I remember reading the AUB scholars had a hand in it but I can't find a confirmation of that. I also have several nice high rez pictures of the site, but I don't know how to add a gallery to the article. Also, the panels refer to the site as Mussaylha not Mseilha, though I'm not sure how to modify that Artephius (talk) 22:57, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
dabouniMarhaba Elie, this is Abdullah (aka الدبوني) it was a pleasure meeting you last weekend and hope we can stay in touch. Beyrouth is on my "to visit" list so it is not unlikely that we may meet again, and do not hesitate to contact me if you come around my ends. Also, about writing in Arabic, of course it is up to you if you want to contribute or not, but there is a bit of barrier, at first, in writing in Arabic. When I saw you editing in English, I could see that you were very quick and knew lots of shortcuts, because you are use to it. Where as when you move into the Arabic version, you may end up feeling like a noob, which can be frustrating. Anyway my point is, after a short period, you will find a joy in writing in Arabic, it is hard to explain why, but thats my experience anyway. Either way, hope we can stay in touch.--Aa2-2004 (talk) 11:54, 29 January 2013 (UTC) AmmanHello dear brother Eli. It was a great honor for me get to know you on real world .I hope to see you again--Abbas 19:07, 30 January 2013 (UTC) Eshmon Temple in ArabicHello Eli. I'm so pleased to see that we have an article on this. I'd like to do some copyediting on it, so if I have questions I'll leave them on the talk page. Cynwolfe (talk) 16:34, 25 March 2013 (UTC)

I'm not a rank amateur; I just don't edit using my other account any more. Anonymity has some advantages, too! See you around. PS: the puits d'amour article was interesting, too. Stefan2 (talk) 07:51, 5 June 2013 (UTC) You wrote that this was published in Beirut in 1920, but you didn't provide any information on how to verify this. Could you add that information? If it was first published in the indicated book from 1999, then the copyright expires in the United States on 1 January 2048 (or 70 years after the death of the photographer if that is later and the photographer is identified) per Commons:COM:HIRTLE. --Stefan2 (talk) 07:58, 5 June 2013 (UTC)
I've begun the GA review for Law School of Beirut; more detailed comments will follow soon (hopefully tomorrow), but for now I've noted a few initial concerns if you're interested in getting started. Thanks for your work on this one! I'm looking forward to reviewing it in more detail. -- Khazar2 (talk) 02:19, 14 June 2013 (UTC)

As a token greeting to you for thanking me on my work on adding many items on Cedar, I have now developed further another page you had established: Harutyun (given name). I have also established as further acknowledgement to your work Cedres, which is reminiscent of Cedar in French. Bon courage werldwayd (talk) 12:05, 22 August 2013 (UTC) I am a Lebanese Armenian Canadian presently residing in Montreal... I dedicate most of my free time to Wikipedia... and feel happy (blessed) when I add useful information... that's about it. Here a dedication to you from a Lebanese German artist I like very much from Zahle actually called Fady Maalouf in "Blessed" [1]. Or check "Into the Light" [2], "Show Me Your Love" [3], "Amazed" [4], "Anytime" [5], "Neyla" [6] In Lebanon he started as Alex in "Ya leil" [7] Plus of course I forward to you the signature song that expresses my personal outlook on life. It is from Games Maker Choir in "I Wish For You The World" [8] and that I usually dedicate to all those who visit my user page -- Enjoy. werldwayd (talk) 12:54, 22 August 2013 (UTC) As a final greeting to you, I realized Rony Seikaly, the most famous Lebanese-American basketball player had no page in Arabic Wikipedia. I had attended him playing in Beirut with the Lebanese national side during the time of Elie Mechantaf, Fady el Khatib and Ghazy Boustani. But until today, no article on him... I have added that today. See [9] Here are some of his DJing tracks: "Fly Away" featuring the wonderful Craig David [10], "The World Is Beautiful" [11], "Thanks for Everything" [12] and a reportage about him by the New York Times [13] Regards werldwayd (talk) 16:46, 22 August 2013 (UTC) You never knew Fady Maalouf... And Seikaly being into music... LOL Now that's proof Wikipedia does fabulous job in surprising people. The music section of Rony Seikaly in English (which I developed entirely from scratch) is an eye opener. To add more basketball content to Arabic Wikipedia, immediately after Seikaly, I added a page for the player Alaa Abdelnabi, an Egyptian American player that fascinated me in Duke and went on to play in Portland Trail Blazers and Celtics, amongst others. See [14] Here's some brief but great highlights of him [15] - werldwayd (talk) 21:33, 22 August 2013 (UTC) BeirutHi Eli. Make sure you let me know when Beirut returns to FAC. Raymond Bou malham thank you Elie again. every weekend I'm there at Bmahray & sure I have a lot of good quality pictures same available at www.shoufcedar.org. also do you think any need to communicate with Dr.Blofeld for any additional informaton or tools, or about modification the article & change the title???Raymond Bou malham — Preceding unsigned comment added by Raymond bou malham (talk • contribs) 11:16, 18 October 2013 (UTC) FA congratulationsJust a quick note to congratulate you on the promotion of Law school of Beirut to FA status recently. If you would like to see this (or any other FA you may have helped to write) appear as "Today's featured article" soon, please nominate it at the requests page; if you'd like to see an FA on a particular date in the next year or so, please add it to the "pending" list. In the absence of a request, the article may end up being picked at any time (although with 1,324 articles in Category:Featured articles that have not appeared on the main page at present, there's no telling how long – or short! – the wait might be). If you'd got any TFA-related questions or problems, please let me know. It's lovely to see a different type of article come through FAC - well done. BencherliteTalk 11:32, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
