Project tags

Per [1] and related articles, I think it's generally pretty safe to rank these individual annual race articles all as low-importance on the scales for WP Horse racing and probably the state wikiprojects as well; someone who disagrees can always bump them up (1973 or 2015 Belmont might rank a bit higher, for example...) and in the meantime it keeps the automated pings I get from pinging me...
