I Corps (United States)

Just wanting to check about this diff, in which you reference that the corps has no permanently assigned divisions. Was there a reason you did not remove the 2nd and 25th Infantry Divisions, listed as belonging to the corps, immediately below? Buckshot06 (talk) 08:15, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I understand it, the Corps has no official administrative control of divisions, as they are shifed under the command of FORSCOM. However, as the divisions are based in the Corps' AO, I think it still supports them. So, I though specifying that they are not "permenant" but do fall under its control sent the right message. —Ed!^(talk) 09:19, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I've been organizing the battle in the order as it occured historically. I also lack many info to build up every articles. Battle of Triangle Hill GAN and POV concern

Hi Ed, you seem to have substantial knowledge on Operation Showdown since you wrote the unit history for US IX Corps and US 7th Infantry Division, can you take a look at the article to see if the subject is covered fairly for both sides? Given that I am Chinese and the topic is a hot button topic for Chinese nationalism, I really need someone else to check POV.
