Thanks for doing that. I've gone in and fixed the template. All you were missing was the "=" sign between "url" and the URL. I've also tagged the article with Don't be discouraged. A lot of new editors have problems with these citation templates. You'll get the hang of them quickly! Toddst1 (talk) 16:41, 3 October 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of AsdfhgbjnHello EDG 543, I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Asdfhgbjn for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. Take a look at our suggestions for essential content in short articles to learn what should be included. If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. April 2018Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Draft talk:Carpentersville Middle School, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. • Gene93k (talk) 21:40, 6 April 2018 (UTC) Your submission at Articles for creation: Carpentersville Middle School has been accepted Carpentersville Middle School, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia! L293D (☎ • ✎) 18:49, 12 April 2018 (UTC)April 2018Your recent editing history at Carpentersville Middle School shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Primefac (talk) 17:33, 16 April 2018 (UTC) Word to the wiseIf you keep up the insistence on citing the name of the school, you are likely to be blocked from editing very soon. Locking the article from being edited is the gentle way of stopping the argument -- but when someone comes back right away and starts the same edit war again, the next step is to block that person from editing. That's not a cool thing and would damage your future as a Wikipedian. So I suggest, just forget about it, walk away from that disagreement. If you can, walk away from that article.
