You are adding information to living people such as their birthday, birth location, etc, without quoting any source. "BLPs", that is biographies for living people (see WP:BLP), require reliable sourcing. It's not optional. MobyGames is indeed an unreliable source, because it is edited by users without oversight. See our guideline on user-generated content. IMDB is another unreliable user-generated site and cannot be used to support statements about BLPs. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
