Can you write the reason for the tag on M101 howitzerI am just simply writing the historical event based on the interview from people involved in the weapon project. I originally wrote it on KH178 105 mm Towed Howitzer, but decided to put it on M101 as it was more to license producing and gives background detail of the event rather than no explanation. Historical service for other nations, especially the US, should be added and hope for it, but it won't be done by me at the moment. Kadrun (talk) 08:49, 23 December 2021 (UTC) Hey!Why did you revert my edit from List of centenarians,I gave so many sources yet you did it Can you provide why you revert it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.137.24.62 (talk) 17:32, 28 February 2022 (UTC) 1. You included Bakeman who doesn't belong on any of the centenarian lists. 2. You added the entries out of order. 3. You added irrelevant citations to other entries. 4. None of the citations for Bermudez prove that he celebrated his 100th birthday. You can put Ecchevarria back in, in the correct place, as his citation is (just) acceptable. I don't have time to do that now. DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 17:39, 28 February 2022 (UTC) List of the verified oldest people: Revision historyHi DerbyCountyinNZ, may you please let me know why did you revert my edit (see below)? 17:22, 8 March 2022 DerbyCountyinNZ talk contribs 70,990 bytes −846 Undid revision 1075939731 by Pseudo-Welscher (talk)Rvt. Outdated, and these articles are not based solely on GRG data. I'm sorry, but if the data are outdated, that's not the problem of the person providing a graphical depiction (as the data are here to be read anyhow!). If the-said data are outdated and/or do not all come from GRG data, blame the editor who did that, but 'not' the one who tries to provide clarity and reading-friendliness via a graphical depiction. I think that a graph helps to comprehend an article, especially when the article is mainly composed of bulky charts. If the data are not GRG-based and/or outdated, don't revert the graph, invite the editor to update them; ==> and I'll gladly provide an updated graphical depiction, based on updated data accordingly. But reverting my edit, because the data are outdated is quite discouraging (especially as it took some time to process those data in order to generate pie charts), unfair (as I am merely using what is existing and unquestioned so far) and does not promote wiki-edits, not to mention that it puts into question the whole article! => If the data are not workable, then why keep the article at all?! For the record, I am not angry. Just disappointed and somewhat bemused... :-( Thank you. Pseudo-Welscher (talk) 11:16, 9 March 2022 (UTC) Hi. You deleted Jean Bell Thomas from List of centenarians (musicians, composers and music patrons) on the grounds that her centenarian status was not confirmed. Please review these links. If they meet with your approval, can you please restore the Thomas entry to the List. Thanks:

Re your removal of Reinhardt from list of miscellaneous centenarians, the fact is she does have an article and you have not moved to AFD it. Also she has a German language Wikipedia article ([2]). Yours, 107.122.161.16 (talk) 17:08, 9 April 2022 (UTC)
ThanksThanks for the improvement. I wasn't sure how much notability needed to be asserted. 65.88.88.56 (talk) 22:04, 28 April 2022 (UTC) What is your opinion regarding this revert? Janis Paige on List of centenarians (actors...)Paige already appears in List of living centenarians. Also, as she clearly has not died, she must be alive. There is no other alternative, it is either one or the other. How do you know Micheline Presle was alive on her 100th birthday? Your reasoning for removal (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1114759285) seems bizarre. Please restore. Thanks. MurrayGreshler (talk) 05:05, 9 October 2022 (UTC)

Users with alternate accounts may only vote once. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add Maria MoreraHi, are you okay? Obviously what I wrote was in line with Wikipedia's standards and is supported by numerous other pages on Wikipedia. Not sure what your problem is, but it's quite concerning. Morera is the second oldest person in the world, just as verifiable as her status as the oldest living Spaniard with the source provided. Daedal45 (talk) 01:48, 3 January 2023 (UTC)
Elizabeth FrancisHi @DerbyCountyinNN, Since Elizabeth Francis was recently validated by LQ, is that enough to add her to the List of the oldest living people? I believe as soon as someone is validated by GRG they can be automatically added. Thanks. Rklingmann (talk) 19:24, 23 January 2023 (UTC)

Top 3 is notable? Can you please point to where it says only the top three is notable. It is common standard to include the top 10 in one-day and overall classifications as seen here Wikipedia:WikiProject_Cycling/Standard_cyclist_biography#Major_results. Some of the removed events are UCI WorldTour events and are very notable to finish in the top 10. Paulpat99 (talk) 08:21, 30 June 2023 (UTC)

I've had a look at 2023 in the United States for example and that article also has these categories so I think that the IP is making the correct changes. Also, I've noticed they've been making these changes for about 6 hours straight (and sometimes making typos, so they aren't a robot) which is quite amazing. —Panamitsu (talk) 23:03, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

Invitation to an in-person meetup in Mohua / Golden BayThinking about your summer break? Think about joining other Wikipedians and Wikimedians in Golden Bay / Mohua! Details are on the meetup page. There's heaps of interesting stuff to work on e.g. the oldest extant waka or New Zealand's oldest ongoing legal case. Or you may spend your time taking photos and then upload them. Golden Bay is hard to get to and the airline flying into Tākaka uses small planes, so we are holding some seats from and to Wellington and we are offering attendees a $200 travel subsidy to help with costs. Be in touch with Schwede66 if this event interests you and you'd like to discuss logistics. Schwede66 09:14, 13 November 2023 (UTC) ArbCom 2023 Elections voter messageHello! This is despite the fact that simply being the oldest person in Germany is not the reason justified in general, or even for the edit you reverted of mine, for having her page. WP:BIO gives clear criteria on whether a person is considered notable or not.
There are entire articles about Kretschmann spanning multiple years from The Local, Der Spiegel, Bild, and others that show in-depth coverage of her longevity.
There is only one primary source in the entire article, and it is a link to her Instagram photo diary, and is only in supplement to 9 secondary in-line citations throughout the rest of the article. I fail to see what argument you have for questioning her notability for Wikipedia. EytanMelech (talk) 20:27, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
Lists of state leaders by ageHello, there. I was wondering if you would agree to give your personal opinion on my arguments for editing the page. Browsing through the edit history of a rather chaotic page I noticed this revert: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hari_Hari&diff=prev&oldid=1128245079 Believe it or not, the edit you reverted wasn't vandalism... Williams' dictionary does actually give the meaning "Paphirus largillierti and Dosinia subrosea, bivalve molluscs" - i.e. clams - to harihari, hahari. It's almost certainly not where the Post Office got the name from, though (at the time Harihari was named, the Post Office were busy reverse engineering names in te reo Māori for post offices).
