Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Euclayptus notabilis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Your contributed article, Pullen Pullen
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Pullen Pullen. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Pullen Pullen Reserve. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Pullen Pullen Reserve – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page. If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Meiloorun (talk) 🍁 00:30, 12 January 2017 (UTC) Speedy deletion nomination of Kaskaskia–Cahokia Trail
A tag has been placed on Kaskaskia–Cahokia Trail requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://monroecountynews.net/county-designates-kaskaskia-cahokia-trail/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. @Zppix: I do not understand the copyvio problem, as Wikipedia is full of lists, and Wikipedia has to be verifiable, when I place sourced lists on Wikipedia, the lists are removed because of copyvios; giving a free pass only to unverifiable lists. Wikipedia must be verifiable, with lists as no exeption. Lists are part of Wikipedia, so why did, out of the necessity for verifiability, verifiable lists get deleted, because their verifiability triggers the Earwig Copyvio Detector (David Dylan (talk) 22:31, 18 January 2017 (UTC))
@Zppix: So how does that play into making a decent list. (David Dylan (talk) 01:46, 19 January 2017 (UTC))
@Zppix: That didn't show the copyright implications for lists. The fact that it is impossible to reword a list can be interpreted as a copyvio, as the proper nouns that make up the list cannot be reworded. And it has. Try rewording "Massachusetts" and stating it in your own words. Most lists are made completely out of proper nouns.

Removing BlockedI'm sorry to inform you, but I have indefinitely blocked your account. The continual addition of copyright content from external websites continues to be a significant problem which you are continually failing to remedy. I appreciate you continue to try and reword content, changing a word here or there, but the core content you copy remains so substantially similar that the original copyright continues to exist. When you write content on Wikipedia, you must write that content, from the ground up, using your own sentences and paragraphs, not just changing a word or two. If you are writing content properly, you should really be merging content from multiple sources into one completely new piece of text, which has few if any similarities to any of the original sources you have used whilst researching a subject. I hope that you can read our policies on copyright, close paraphrasing and the like thoroughly. David Dylan (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: I don't know why I was blocked without proper teaching of U.S copyright law, and that of Virginia. I was blocked without proper mentorship. I have now mentored myself. I am looking for someone to unlock and supervise me, that will tell me what my mistake is, if I make one. Decline reason: It's your responsibility to understand and follow our policies, not our responsibility to teach you. Nevertheless, people tried. Over and over and over and over again, right here. It didn't make any difference at all. Your unblock request doesn't give me any hope that we can be absolutely sure you'll never again violate copyright, either. David Dylan (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: You don't know. I already know what the block is like. I already feel punished, and I will not do that again because I know what the mistake was, and I know the consequences. You don't understand: You need to know your mistake before you fix it. Sending links to Wikipedia policy links is often useless, because the policy is usually hidden under thousands of words of policy on that policy page. Now that I know the mistakes, and I know the punishment of them, I will comply with the mistake. I just need to be able to know what I can and can't do on Wikipedia. Which is what I did. Do you understand that no one is perfect. Throwing out people just because they make mistakes will soon lead to (1) A Wikipedia Oligopoly, or (2) A Wikipedia where the only edits are made by bots, which are not perfect either. Especially when blocks are easier than ever before. Did I make that clearer. One last note: If you do unblock me, should you review edits that I make and only let some go through. I'd appreciate that. I am happy to be given a supervised second chance. Thanks. Decline reason: I'm sorry, but I just don't think you get it. It's not about making one or two mistakes. It's about your total disregard for essential Wikipedia policy on copyright issues, despite multiple users trying to steer you in the right direction. Like User:Yamla, I have zero faith based on your unblock request and your history that you will edit Wikipedia in a responsible way. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 19:47, 5 February 2017 (UTC) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. @Premeditated Chaos: Do you understand that, with the exception of most drug dealers, when people are punished, they don't want to be punished again. I was only asking for a userspace page where I can easily PROPOSE edits to pages. Also, I was trying to be steered in the right direction when Zppix talk offered to mentor me. Then he was gone. David Dylan (talk) 20:54, 7 February 2017 (UTC) The proof is right here David Dylan (talk) 20:56, 7 February 2017 (UTC)
@Premeditated Chaos: I used actual effort to remove those copyvios. Also, I was trying to propose edits in users pace, not directly edit them David Dylan (talk) 14:23, 9 February 2017 (UTC) I wanted a survey on my editing behavior, not full unblock. David Dylan (talk) 14:25, 9 February 2017 (UTC) I used thesaurus substitutions not knowing that was incorrect. David Dylan (talk) 14:28, 9 February 2017 (UTC) That's what I did wrong. David Dylan (talk) 14:30, 9 February 2017 (UTC) But anyway, I know what I did to deserve the punishment. Thanks for giving me a time out. Now I know what the problem. David Dylan (talk) 14:37, 9 February 2017 (UTC) Was. Sorry for the mumbling. David Dylan (talk) 14:37, 9 February 2017 (UTC)
I see time different. David Dylan (talk) 18:23, 9 February 2017 (UTC) @Zppix: I feel punished enough to not do it again. Also you said a few months/years. David Dylan (talk) 18:25, 9 February 2017 (UTC) I have read up on libel. David Dylan (talk) 18:27, 9 February 2017 (UTC) I have read up on changing username policy. David Dylan (talk) 18:35, 9 February 2017 (UTC)
@Zppix: I refuse to help anyone. I refuse to use computers. I refuse to use the web. I refuse to use Wikipedia. You'll ask me to get a life on Google+. I will tell you that I should have been unblocked. David Dylan (talk) 21:54, 9 February 2017 (UTC)

(block log • active blocks • global blocks • autoblocks • contribs • deleted contribs • abuse filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
