Landev

What you did is to make an assumption about the motives of many people of which you have no understanding and certainly no proof. My assumption is based on the evidence in front of my eyes. So a user was accidentally blocked as collateral damage from the blocking of Landev - that is no proof at all. On the other hand, here is my evidence.

• You were sockpuppeteering at the time
• Your sockpuppets tended to be anagrams of Davnel, of which Landev fits the rule
• Landev's edits match the topics that you edit (F1, MotoGP and GTA)
• Landev posted a message on my talk page, stating "Keep it in mind that if you block my Daviiid, I will totally fuck up your shitty website with these other accounts that I have. Don't test me you fucking prats." Is Landev supposed to have found my talk page at random, posted a message regarding an incident involving yourself. The message is in the style of those that you have posted in the past when angry.

You have disappointed me. I really wanted you to have changed. You have shown me that you are still too immature. However, I think you could indeed become an administrator one day if you wanted to put the effort in to change. In my eyes, you would be better off if you disclosed everything that still remains to be found. Admit that you were Landev and you will hold a much better standing in my eyes. Get everything out in the open and apologise. Simple as that. What have you got to lose? Nothing. You can still keep editing articles as normal. What have you got to gain? The community will appreciate honesty and it might well tip the balance in any future adminship requests. If you have any skeletons in your closet then they could be really damaging at an RfA. Feuds in old PPVs

I normally don't have trouble finding enough to write about with the mid-1990s PPVs because I watched a lot of wrestling back then and can remember the storylines well. There are a few matches that I occasionally have nothing to say about (eg. Leilani Kai vs. Alundra Blayze at WrestleMania X, because Kai wasn't even a regular competitor and hadn't appeared enough to build any sort of feud), but I can usually remember what was going on for each of them. Is there a particular match that you're wondering about with IYH2? I didn't watch as much wrestling back then, but I may be able to help. GaryColemanFan (talk) 22:03, 13 July 2008 (UTC)

I have looked through the edit you posted on my talkpage and it seems I owe you an apology. The pattern of editing seemed very similar to your own and being that the account had the traits of a sockpuppet, I made a connection that wasn't there. I can understand that you feel upset and I don't think that I'd be too happy if the same happened to me. That someone impersonated you is something I find a little bizarre, but nevertheless it served to metaphorically throw more petrol on the bonfire.

I've already got enough sources for the background. From WrestleView, PW Torch, and Wrestling Observer. I'm not even finished with the background yet. Since I like to add more than four matches since there are two more matches that have enough build up to them that a good size section can be wrote. I'll have the thing finished by Saturday, well besides that Aftermath and Reception. I have to wait till October for that when the DVD is released. Removal of the columns attribute on {{reflist}}

Hi,

I've noticed that several times you have removed the columns attribute on the {{reflist}} attribute in articles with the summary:

Some browsers cannot cope with [x] columns

While this is true, browsers which do not support the attribute should simply ignore it. Are you removing this attribute because you are personally having display issues with this template? You're right. The Curtain Call section is looking fine for now. I want to add some more early history and more examples of their booking power backstage. I've already added one involving Shane Douglas. The nWo/DX section definitely needs some cleanup and sources. Some of the info seems like it might be hard to source (like the info about Smart Marks) and might have to be eventually removed if we can't. I'm going to see if I can find Hall and Nash's RF shoot interviews online somewhere, because from what I can tell from descriptions, they mention the Kliq a lot. Nikki311 21:55, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for your message. I don't want to be giving incorrect information to other editors. I'm confused, though, because I took what I said straight out of the Manual of Style: "Do not place left-aligned images directly below second-level (===) headings, as this disconnects the heading from the text it precedes." Thanks, I just started on it the other day. I just need more reliable sources for the real names. I have enough for the ring name, if that even needs a source, but not enough for the real names. I plan on having it done by this Saturday and under peer review by Sunday. The only problem is when I place it in the article everyone is going to freak and remove it. Hopefully everyone will be fine with it but this is a bigger change than the out of universe and the ips are going to go crazy. Just keep it a secret. Next thing I know everyone is going to be on me for trying to get it to FL. The url thing is a thing I do. I just adapted it. It doesn't cause a problem really. It just gives the sources a link all the time to know the site that it came from. I just hope IGN will work for pro wrestling. Yeah I was thinking about doing that. Before it is in the article, open a section at WT:PW to tell everyone that I want to make it an FL and that the finished product is in a subpage located here. That way a agreement is made at WT:PW and I have a reason to stop IPs instead of just saying I want to expand it to FL. Though I don't believe anyone at WP:PW will disagree with expanding the article. Thanks for the cleanup when you do it. I never saw it anywhere else. Ref edits

Hi. Any spaces between a vertical-line character, parameter name and either side of a subsequent equals character are removed so that when any need linewrapping, all are linewrapped together. This makes it less likely that any one of them is accidentally viewed as orphaned and should also make it easier to spot any carriage-returns accidentally inserted or left behind from previous edits (which may then generate problems further down the line, e.g. when <ref>s moved in then out or out then back within template transclusions). Hi there

Good to see you too, I clicked on a wikilink to your old name a while back actually, wasn't sure why it was red. I'm not that active on F1 articles at the moment, my main project recently has been Jesper Blomqvist, but getting a GA review is painfully slow at the moment. Hats off on getting an article to FA though!

My mindset at the moment is to do good, non-controversial articles, and take them as far as they can be taken (in the case of Jesper Blomqvist, I'm not sure if it's possible to take it to FA, but I won't give up until a good peer reviewer tells me I've taken it as far as it appears possible). I remember at the Lewis Hamilton GA how much hassle I was getting from BOTH sides on "being POV" or trying to give undue weight to certain things. In hindsight I'd like to have been able to have said "at the Joe Bloggs FAC this was considered a very good approach".

I'm not so sure actually. At first I was fairly certain that Endwits was feigning indignation, no one could be that upset about being accused of being a sock. However as time has gone by he seems more and more genuine, if somewhat alarming in his aggression. Degenerate-Y hasn't behaved in this way on his other two accounts, he comes across as a bit juvenile but he has stated that he is young so that's not that surprising. So no, wrestling isn't really my expertise at all, but anything that has to do with media can be. (In the case of Killer Kowalski, I grew up watching him on TV and had the privilege of meeting him, as well as showing him clippings about his career, which he and his wife got a huge kick out of.) Sorry I haven't figured out how to do the footnotes correctly-- at some point, I'll do them right, but again, thanks for your help. What I've been doing, as I am sure you can tell if you check my history on Wikipedia, is cleaning up and enhancing certain people's biographies, like Sally Jessy Raphael, Belva Lockwood, etc. I also refute myths and urban legends-- although I am still finding them on pages about radio history. I've got access to about 200 databases and have over 1500 reference books and magazines in my personal collection.

So can we now take Killer Kowalski (may he rest in peace) out of the "stub" category? Again, thanks for being patient with me. I've got a lot of reliable information but I am such a newbie about the Wiki way of doing things.

Benetton team chief Flavio Briatore weighed into Max Mosley during the run up to the Spanish Grand Prix, vehemently criticising the FIA President for the manner in which he had introduced the revised F1 technical regulations at Monaco a fortnight earlier. In a lengthy letter to Mosley, which was also circulated among the media, Briatore accused him of making 'ill-considered, snap decisions' in implementing such rules. He also made it clear that if the teams were obliged to compete at Barcelona under 'these ill-conceived measures' he would be advising Michael Schumacher and J.J. 'It will be theirs and the FIA's responsibility that they race,' he warned. The cornering speed of the cars may have been reduced, but the likelihood of an accident has been increased. It is our opinion that the ability of yourself and your advisers to judge technical and safety issues in F1 must be questioned.' The 22-year-old Portuguese driver was hospitalised with multiple leg injuries after his Lotus 107C cartwheeled off the circuit at 170 mph on the approach to Bridge Corner, flew through a debris fence and landed in a spectator access tunnel. Lotus contended that it was most likely the rule changes were responsible for this accident. 'Our wide-ranging investigation is currently concentrating on changes to the dynamic loading conditions (lateral vibration of the wing assembly) caused by changes to the technical regulations mandated by the President of the FIA, Mr Max Mosley, at Monaco and being tested prior to Barcelona,' read the somewhat cool text of the team's official communiqué on the matter. Mosley, in turn, vigorously rejected such a contention. He explained that all teams had been told they could miss one race without penalty if they felt unable to re-engineer their cars adequately in the time available.

Briatore countered by saying that the cars had been scrutineered, so that meant the officials regarded them as safe. After an exchange of paperwork, the stewards of the meeting had the last say by issuing a communiqué addressed to the Benetton team. It read: 'In the light of your letter of 25th May, addressed to the President of the FIA, that parts of your car may not have been subjected to proper analysis and testing, you are hereby notified under Article 141 of the International Sporting Code, that unless we receive written confirmation from your engineers that all parts of your cars have now been subjected to proper analysis and testing, and that you take full responsibility for them, or such parts have been analysed and tested by the Formula One Technical Delegate [ Charlie Whiting ], your cars will not be allowed to practise or race at this event.' Briatore eventually backed down and gave the written assurances required. But Benetton and eight other teams - Williams, McLaren, Lotus, Pacific, Simtek, Jordan, Arrows and Ligier - then declined to contest the Friday morning free practice session, their principals instead convening in the Williams motorhome for a heated debate with Mosley over the question of how future technical regulations would be framed.	”

I was worried about the AJ/Angle match. I feel it is too long as well, the only problem is TNA decided to lie. They said it was going to be a Last Man Standing match but in reality it was a Texas Death match. So now falls are involved. Pitlane start

Hi, D.M.N. i want to ask some opinion, in case with 2008 ITA GP, also for further GP. If driver start the GP from Pitlane, should that grid alter to use PL (stand for Pitlane). This is the case for ITA GP, you can see both drivers actually is 18th and 19th, but start from Pitlane, however, last minute decision saw 20th grid runner did not up to that place (18th i mean). You know I agree with you it being inactive. No article has yet reached a certain class. Though no votes because of it because one has to be removed so that a new one can be placed in. I plan on getting Samoa Joe finished soon. I haven't worked alot on any of the articles I voted for. I have worked on all of them but not as much as I should. I've worked on Team 3D's TNA section and tried to take WrestleMania out of universe.
