Hello! I recently saw your request for rollback was declined. I have seen your counter/vandalism skills around, and wanted to thank you for all the work you do. You have learned a lot in a short time. I was wondering if you wanted to enroll in the counter-vandalism academy. I would teach you about some tools, how to tell vandalism from good faith edits, and explain the username, protection, and CSD actions and policies. You seem to have a pretty good grasp on some of these concepts, but this would help teach you further. In addition, it would allow you to show your knowledge of counter-vandalism to, one day, be granted rollback. It’s a self paced course, and I will leave comments and suggestions on your progress.

Hello, I see you recently deleted my sandbox. I apologize, I'm new to Wikipedia. Is drafting an article not an appropriate use of the sandbox? The guidelines I've read seem to say it is. The article wasn't fully sourced, balanced, etc, but in my defense I was only half way through writing it.

Hello, just a note that I did not delete the sandbox, an administrator deleted it when I tagged it for deletion because it promoted a product or entity (for information, see WP:CSD). Sorry, I don't understand how it promotes a product or entity. Please help me understand.
(1) I clearly wasn't promoting HeartMath as an entity/organization, or any of their products. Most of the draft was about the scientific criticism of their methods (energy medicine, integrative medicine).
(2) HeartMath is clearly notable enough to warrant an article - they have multi-million dollar contracts with the U.S. government, educational organizations, etc. The various scientists I cited in the criticism section all had their own Wikipedia articles and had all published pieces on specifically HeartMath.
(3) It's possible you thought the article was too negative because I referred to their research as pseudoscientific? And so I was promoting a point of view? I would dispute that this isn't a neutral evaluation. The Wikipedia articles on energy medicine and quantum mysticism both say in the opening paragraphs that the practices are pseudoscientific, and these are the organizations primary areas of research. But I can remove that bit if it's the reason the article was deleted.
(4) I'm confused by your linking of the criterion for speedy deletion. It says the deletion of test pages does not apply to the sandbox or pages in the user namespace (G2). The article on the sandbox rules specifically says that drafts are allowed.
Can I re-create this article in my sandbox? Would it be safe for me to re-create the same article in the drafts namespace instead of my sandbox?
Chase Kanipe, I have restored your sandbox because I think I see potential--but one has to look carefully to see it. I scrubbed some of the content to stave off a next deletion nomination; your job is to whip this into shape, following perhaps the model of other similar organizational articles. Good luck. Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. Please review Criteria for Speedy Deletion so you understand the accepted criteria for speedy deletion. You can't just make up your own reason, there needs to be an appropriate speedy deletion criteria that is indicated in the Twinkle page tagging. You also should post a notification of the CSD tagging on the talk page of the page creator. Using Twinkle, set your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator". Please do not tag any more pages for any type of deletion until you understand better how it should be done.

Please set your Twinkle Preferences so that "Notify Page Creator" box is checked off and all of the CSD criteria boxes are checked off as well. Then, when you tag a page for deletion, there will be a notification placed on the talk page of the article creator. This is an important step in deletion so that editors know that a page they created has been tagged for deletion and the reason for the deletion. Please do this in the future. Thank you! Hey, I was looking at the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Algorithm and saw a red link to Euclid's Elements. I suspected that the page existed and it did. I fixed the link but was wondering if the "(c. 300 BC)" should be in brackets or not since all other dates in that section were unbracketed. Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
Following a talk page discussion, the Administrators' accountability policy has been updated to note that while it is considered best practice for administrators to have notifications (pings) enabled, this is not mandatory. Administrators who do not use notifications are now strongly encouraged to indicate this on their user page.
Arbitration
Following a motion, the Extended Confirmed Restriction has been amended, removing the allowance for non-extended-confirmed editors to post constructive comments on the "Talk:" namespace. Now, non-extended-confirmed editors may use the "Talk:" namespace solely to make edit requests related to articles within the topic area, provided that their actions are not disruptive.
The Arbitration Committee has announced a call for Checkusers and Oversighters, stating that it will currently be accepting applications for CheckUser and/or Oversight permissions at any point in the year.

Hello, and thank you for removing vandalism from Matthew Wells (rower). We appreciate this, but unfortunately your edit was not successful in restoring the article to its pre-vandalised state. For future reference, it is better to deal with vandalism by checking the article's page history to determine how it appeared before it was vandalised. You can then restore the whole article, or the relevant part of it, to an appropriate earlier version. Hi there, I am with Adath Israel Synagogue and we are trying to update our wikipedia page. There have been many people make changes and adding material, that we are trying to correct or is not relevant to our congregation. There are also link errors, which have been added by other users etc. We would like to leave the changes we made in place.
For example Like the majority of Conservative synagogues in the Toronto area, and in contrast to most American Conservative synagogues, has not adopted egalitarianism.
I noticed that on your talk page, you may have a conflict of interest, which appears that you might work for the synagogue; I would suggest that you should avoid editing the article yourself (instead, propose changes on the talk page of the article you wish to edit using {{Edit COI}}, and include reliable sources that support the proposed material you wish to add), and disclose your COI on your user page using {{user COI}}, for example, {{UserboxCOI|1=Adath Israel Congregation (Toronto)}}. But I also agree that this is a joe-job by CGSFH. Checkuser evidence, which may be apparent to other checkusers by now, is consistent with that. If there's concern about 64andtim then let's address that, but they've done a lot more since May than create an LTA page. And calling this a minor LTA is probably an understatement. They've been doing some high profile vandalism nearly every day for months, and for much longer that that. Good unblock, but I'm uncomfortable with the unblock reason ("unblocking per talk page"). Once this is archived, that lets people's imaginations run wild. Did he just agree to not do it again? They're not going to sift through the archives to find a discussion with the right timestamo, they'll just assume. Compare my block log, which leaves absolutely no ambiguity. I'd suggest, with 64andtim's permission, a new one-second block clarifying this, e.g. ("Original block was mistaken, see [link to discussion]."). You just updated my page and removed multiple lines of information which I would like to have reversed. The destruction of infrastructure is factually correct and has been documented extensively.
