Currently I am wrapping up my master thesis titled “Can Wikipedia be used for knowledge service?” In order to validate the knowledge evolution maps of identified users in Wikipedia, I need your help. I have generated a knowledge evolution map to denote your knowledge activities in Wikipedia according to your inputs including the creation and modification of contents in Wikipedia, and I need you to validate whether the generated knowledge evolution map matches the knowledge that you perceive you own it. Could you please do me a favor?

  1. I will send you a URL link to a webpage on which your knowledge evolution map displays. Please assign the topic (concept) in the map to a certain cluster on the map according to the relationship between the topic and clusters in your cognition, or you can assign it to ‘none of above’ if there is no suitable cluster.
  2. I will also send a questionnaire to you. The questions are related to my research topic, and I need your viewpoints about these questions.

The deadline of my thesis defense is set by the end of June, 2008. There is no much time left for me to wrap up the thesis. If you can help me, please reply this message. The later edits were intentionally inappropriate. So how do I edit this page in a manner which you would consider appropriate? I ask as there are clear inaccuracies on it. I have lived in both West Kilbride and Seamill my entire life and locals do not consider the two to be separate. There was a government run referendum which emphatically confirmed this to be the case.

Please tell me why it does not belong in the article. Wikipedia is an internation website containing international content. The subject of saunas is about saunas in general yet many parts of it talk about American saunas without specifically stating so. For those seeking information it is misleading particular when talking about people lying in rooms face up or face down. Its clearly wrong. The united states is one country among many whohave saunas. Prod on Trend Records (UK)

You removed the PROD on Trend Records (UK). Are you contesting the PROD or do you refer to the earlier removal. I think that to contest a prod an editor should follow procedure: i.e. from WP:PROD :

1. Remove the {{dated prod}} tag from the article, noting this in the edit summary. Editors should explain why they disagree with the proposed deletion either in the edit summary, or on the article's talk page.


In the case of the earlier removal, this was clearly uncommented and part of a removal of other templates by an anon editor without out edit summary or explanation (in other words vandalism). If you are contesting the PROD yourself, would you also give your reasons? I am open to dialogue but not unilateral decisions.

At this time there usually isn't a huge amount of people fighting vandalism, and vandalism generally doesn't get caught as quickly as it does at other times. I have been trying really hard to just be calm and not be rude to everyone who keeps reverting my edits. But honestly, I fail to see how anything I am doing is vandalism as my content is CLEARLY cited. I wish you guys wouldn't take everything so freaking personally.. I am trying to HELP the article which Falconkhe seems to think I am completely unworthy of editing.
