Bematist

I took issue with a theoretical assertion made by the historian Donald Engels. He claims that ancient Bematists used a mechanical device. Engels admits clearly that there is NO EVIDENCE that they used a mechanical device only that he believes they did so. I argued quite clearly why Engels is wrong in his assertion. There is no reliable source for my argument because I thought of it myself. It is based on logic and math not on any source but it is a good argument nonetheless. I think the best thing to do is to remove the assertion of Engels altogether because it is faulty in logic and not sourced in anything but his own head - despite the fact that it is published in a book by a professor of history. That is my argument and I cannot bring you a reliable sources for it - because I am the originator of the source and I have not published it in a book.
