Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

Strange edit. I removed at least EU, because it did not even exist at this time. Belize foreign relations

Please be careful with these. Such articles are very frequently challenged. I would suggest not starting an article until you have at least two good references. I would be especially cautious about relationship between Belize and a small country in another region--a great many such articles have ended up by being deleted. (personally, I usually try to keep them at WP:AFD, but the consensus is often otherwise.)
