Hi there, I have a proposition for you. Basically your new draft is good but I'm not sure that someone would try and get it deleted again. So, I suggest we take the bull by the horns, move your draft into the article's space and immediately put it on an AfD. That way a variety of people will look at it so you'll get a balanced consensus on whether the article should remain in Wikipedia. If it passes it means that basically it would be untouchable.
