Fram (talk) 15:17, 25 March 2020 (UTC) Voting and proposals based on an essay, without providing arguments or countering oppositionI notice that you are posting multipe "convert to wrapper" proposals for infoboxes which have more different parameters than identical ones, simply by posting a list of parameters for both infoboxes and linking to an essay "per WP:INFOCOL". You have done this on at least 4 templates, and at at least 5 TfD discussions as well. As votes they are useless and do nothing to address the arguments presented by the opposition, and such !votes should be disregarded by any competent admin as examples of "notavote" and "arguments to avoid" contributions. As merge (or convert) proposals they are equally useless, as they don't argue why, in these specific cases, a merge is better than keeping them separate even though the templates are well used and have more parameters separate than in common. Perhaps you have good arguments, but if you don't present them, you are mostly wasting people's time and would be better to stop doing this. If you support merges at specific TfDs, argue why the actual nominated template is a good candidate, and argue why the opposition is not convincing (or the benefits of merging are more important). Linking to an essay as if such is sufficient justification to overcome such opposition won't do. A change which adds one less important value to an infobox (religion), but loses the actual essential elements why the other one was used in the first place (the pretender status of his claims), is not "cleanup" by any stretch of the word. Vandalism of the "Characters in the Mahabharata" pageWhy did you remove entire chunks from the Characters in the Mahabharata page just because they were "unreferenced"? Wouldn't it have been better to add references to them instead? Your actions of deleting huge sections of text that were largely accurate, if unreferenced, can very easily be called vandalism.
