A bearnstar for you
The Barnstar EATEN BY A BEAR
For your paws-itive contributions on improving the Fat Bear Week article
You reviewed a page I was heavily involved in, John Morgan, 6th Baron Tredegar, about 4 months ago.
At the time, it had 28 citations, and you rated it C-Class on the content assessment scale. As it now has 56, would you consider reviewing it again, to see if, in your opinion, it has moved up the scale?
Hi, from a quick look, the article is quite good! It's written well and is comprehensive. I think the rating deserves a change. Article ratings are quite arbitrary, and anyone can change it, even article creators. You may be interested in nominating this article through the WP:Good article process, where it will be formally reviewed by another editors, and it will recieve a green badge in the corner. What has the user's ethnicity got to do with anything? We are on here to create a free encyclopaedia - it's not a place for any type of controversial debate. Mac Edmunds (talk) 17:44, 8 October 2024 (UTC)

Hello, Ca. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Unalive".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Sorry about that. I hadn't used the ask mentor functionality from the Homepage before, so I thought it was just a topic header. The article appears to contain masses of information, but only has three sources. A quick check suggests a couple of sources for the remainder of the information:
There are a couple more, but I can't recall at the moment. I'll add them in a reply as soon as I remember. Anyways, my question is: are these sources reliable? A check on the Wayback Machine suggests that the information has been there since the oldest save of the site, which is still less time than it's been on Wikipedia. Dodecathorpe (talk) 17:27, 19 October 2024 (UTC)
@Dodecathorpe Sorry for the late response. Since it is a official local government source, and it seems to be updated often, I will presume it is reliable for basic facts. However, I don't think it is the highest quality source since we don't have info on its author or the website's editorial practices. I recommend finding more scholarly sources in place of these sources. WP:RSN is a noticeboard where you can discuss further reliability inquiries. Catalk to me!15:00, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
Hi, if you can edit this page, you are not blocked. Some blocks on IP addresses even prevent logged-in users from editing. This is done to prevent abuse from other troublemakers who use that IP address. If this is a chronic problem and you can't find another IP address to edit under, see WP:IPBE. Ouch, haha. Well, I wouldn't have guessed! I suspect my English have improved may even be the first non-native-like error I've seen you make. (If that wasn't a joke, I'm so sorry for cursing you.) -- asilvering (talk) 00:10, 24 October 2024 (UTC)
I should clarify: I just thought it was ironic that I made a blunder as I commended myself for my English improvement. But no offense was taken! Catalk to me!04:31, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
Hello Ca, 25/1000 is 2.5%, not 0.025%. Also I think your admin election comment was past the discussion deadline and someone may remove it soon. starship.paint (talk / cont)01:33, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
Sorry, I've fixed the error—I tend to make silly mistakes when I had not had a good night's sleep ;;
