Works are copyrighted by default. In this case, because you took this picture, you are the copyright holder. Wikipedia requires you to release the image under a free license in order to use it on your User page. See the above message for a list of acceptable licenses. CC-BY-SA-4.0 is a popular one for images. As you took this picture yourself, you can state "own work" as the source. All if this must be added to the file description.
