The fact was ... that American serial killer Michael Sumpter was never convicted of murder and it was only after his death that he could be linked to his killings through DNA evidence? Request on 14:57:14, 5 April 2022 for assistance on AfC submission by Mallenor2007
Hi! I hope you're doing well :) The reason I'm reaching out is because I was wondering why the Nativa SPA new article request for Wikipedia was denied and was hoping for some guidance/feedback from you. The reason stated was because there wasn't enough press: "This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies)." Do we need to add more references? Or was there a specific reference that "hurt" our submission? Nativa SPA is actually a subsidiary company of another company that is already on Wikipedia (O Boticario). They're the second largest beauty brand in Brazil and are one of the largest brands globally, so we were also hoping to get Nativa SPA listed and linked with the O Boticario profile, but to also have its own. We've already seen people try to create fake profiles on other platforms (i.e. Google My Business). Anyways, what can we do to get our submission approved? Is there a link that we need to remove? Do we need more? Is there a specific domain that you recommend getting a link / press article from? Thank you in advance for your feedback! Mallenor2007 (talk) 14:57, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
