Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes~~~~ at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp.
Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
The best way to learn about something is to experience it. Explore, learn, contribute, and don't forget to have some fun!
I also wanted to point out that when making a report, you should provide links to the edit(s) that validate what you're stating. Always be able to support any claim that you make against another editor. For example, you said TraceNothing "keeps pinging me and tells me to go somewhere else" TraceNothing made 5 edits and didn't ping you or tell you to go somewhere else in any of them. Ok, WS Blair is the unofficial name for the storm system that is coming to our area (East Coast of US). You can delete for now, but when it Officially becomes Blair, you can undelete.
