Twinkle popup boxes

Twinkle suggestion

Hey there. Don't wanna bother your time, but I've thought of somthign that could be added to the Twinkle auto-welcomertool. Could the software analyze the talkpages of the user's recent edits and recommend a set of Wkiprojects based off of the talkpages of the user's recently edited pages (or somthing like that... confusing even to me)?
