New Equipment category for IGI 2Hi there! Saw you as a IGI 2 contributor and thought I'd show you my latest work. A virtually complete weapons list! See I.G.I.-2:_Covert_Strike#Weapons_in_the_Game Please message me on my page for any feedback! Thanks. --Tomjenkins52 (talk) 03:27, 31 December 2008 (UTC) FPaS RFCAs a participant in the recent discussion at WP:ANI, I thought you should be informed of the new RFC that another user has started regarding FPaS's behavior. I think the AfD is still listed under the older title of Chess kids. I don't know how to repair the link so I thought you might want to take a look at it. Have a good one... --Jack-A-Roe (talk) 07:53, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Heather ChadwellHey, do you mind if I ask what you meant when you said the nominator "essentially contesting his (sic) own decision"? I tried to look at the diff, but I can't since I'm not an administrator. The only thing I could figure out was that you were saying that I had removed the prod tag myself, but I think it was an IP user who did that. Anyway, please let me know, as I don't want to waste anybody's time. Movingboxes (talk) 08:17, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
As the closing Nom, you noted that the discussion about sourcing had "stretched to the point of irrelevance". I can understand your statement, as such "stretching" can happen when editors on opposing sides in a disucssion have different interpretation of guidelines under policy. This aside, and as the film itself is still cycling through festivals, I believe that it will eventually have greater support for its notability. I have thus saved the article in my sandbox so I might continue working to improve it. When I think it has the strength to survive, I would like to be able to return it. I will not rush it back. I will not return it unless or until all concerns discussed at the AfD have been addressed... and this may take many months. Any advice you can offer in how it might at that future time avoid being rushed into a 2nd AfD would be appreciated. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 17:14, 31 August 2008 (UTC)

Hello Anetode. You might want to comment at Template talk:COI#recent edits, since another editor has questioned your removal of the word 'may' from the language of the warning. It is not easy to be certain that the article's main editor has a COI. (Might just be an enthusiast rather than a conflicted person). Is there a nice way of saying, 'You are editing like a person with a COI?' The language of {{uw-coi}} is very good, in my opinion, though that is for User talk rather than articles. What about:
Too wordy perhaps. EdJohnston (talk) 16:51, 4 September 2008 (UTC) Can I ask why you merged that article? Looking at the figures in the AfD vote, there was not a majority for a merger.--MacRusgail (talk) 15:09, 9 September 2008 (UTC) p.s. Comments here. I answered on my talkpage. --Dirk Beetstra T C 09:16, 17 September 2008 (UTC) Incidents PageI noted your post on the Administrator's noticeboard and I thought I should explain some things. I don't know why the closing of those AfDs was "trolling", the pages in questions met Wikipedia's policies for inclusion. Request deleted article infoHi. I would like to request a copy of the article The Shipwrek. This is an article related to the university of illinois at Champagne. (Never made such a request before, so I'm not sure what the options are. A subpage on my talkpage would be prefered.) Thank you in advance. --Firefly322 (talk) 02:50, 27 October 2008 (UTC) Request for help to solve a deadlockHi, I and one of my fellow editors are facing a deadlock on a issue of bias on a controversial topic Operation Blue Star, the summary of dispute can be found at [1], please let us know your views so that we can solve the dispute amicably. Like your imageOn your page, very nice. Yes, you really got to wonder sometimes. I am not a computer geek and was wondering how you created that image and made it small like that. Anytime i want to take a picture all i do is press print screen and paste it onto Microsoft Paint. It doesn't end up such a good quality. I dont know if you have Windows, if so can you give some helpful hints? I would appreciate it very much kindly. I also like the watch that you had on your page, very nice. If you're uncomfortable discussing your ACE vote, feel free to revert me here. Don't we need people like you describe in your oppose on the Arbcom? For too long, a majority of the committee members seemed to be professional politicos. Casliber doesn't seem this way--and as you've described him, he is not this way--yet you oppose? I personally think it's very important to listen to constructive feedback. It makes me a better editor and other things. I will endeavor to improve the article immediately. Chevy pre-1976 imageHello Anetode. User:Vegavairbob let me know that you deleted File:1976 Monza Towne Coupe.jpg, and it looks like a deletion outside of policy. Your edit summary says "Speedy deleted per CSD F9, was an image that was a suspected copyright infringement, and the uploader didn't assert public domain, fair use, or a free license.", but the uploader did assert public domain. Such images should be listed at WP:PUF instead. In this case, I believe the image to be public domain for the reasons stated on the image description page. I would like to restore the image, and I welcome further discussion about this. – Quadell (talk) 14:38, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
