Hello AnemoneProjectors! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for signing up. Here are some recommended guidelines to facilitate your involvement. Best of luck. Have fun! --ElectricEye (talk) 12:09, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
Hello to all members of WikiProject EastEnders! Please take a look at the to do list above, and see what you can do to help out! All help would be much appreciated, and the projects on this list are priorities! Thanks Trampikey20:07, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
Hi Petie, I like the sound of your idea for having a page for minor characters, because there are a lot of characters who probably don't deserve their own page. Is it possible to redirect current pages to one bigger page of them all combined do you think? For instance characters like Ayse Osman and the Pappas family, who only appeared in one or two episodes.Gungadin16:03, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
I think that is really good, its just how I was imagining it. By the way, I hope you dont pay any attention to those nasty comments above. I think you are a great user and those petty comments say more about the person writing them than they do about you. shirl xxx Gungadin18:31, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
Your recent edit to Shayne Ward (album) was a copyright violation. All copyrighted images, including album covers, must have a detailed fair-use rationale and this was specifically noted in the license for the image and in the comments attached to the image. --Yamla14:48, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
You said: "Hi, I didn't upload the image but I thought because it was a fair-use image it was allowed to be used on the page. I don't want the image to be deleted. What should be included in a fair-use rationale?"
If you check the license, it says, "To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information." You are specifically looking for this bit. --Yamla16:31, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
Thanks. I never saw that bit before. I think fair-use rationale is what confuses/annoys people on here more than anything. One thing I've never been sure about: what is considered low resolution? Also, should I add a fair-use rationale to the images I've uploaded in the past? -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 17:01, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
I'm honestly not sure what would be considered low-res. I think it mostly comes down to your own judgement. Certainly, an image which is 1280 x 1024 would not be low-res. On the other hand, 320 x 200 certainly would be. And yes, you need to add a fair-use rationale for any copyrighted images you have uploaded in the past. It is definitely a pain but the only other alternative would be to disallow use of any copyrighted images whatsoever. --Yamla17:14, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
JPS, that was the first place I looked, but seemed to only apply to screenshots. Anyway, I already did it earlier in the week for all the album and DVD covers I've uploaded. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 10:51, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
Age and Birthday
Today, 2 August 2006, your user page states both that you are 26 years and 3 days old, and that your birthday is at the end of this (not last) month. Since I don't know how these user description tags work, I don't know where the inconsistency originates. If it's with you, you might prefer to correct it (unless it adds to your man-of-mystery persona!). If it's a Wikipedia problem, it should probably be drawn to the attention of whoever manages such things! --King Hildebrand11:44, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.

Why did you remove my contribution. Its a well known fact that he frequents Oceana in Kingston, he was there last night as it happens. As first I mistook him for a small boy, but sure enough, it was The Gaff Man. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jmac1811 (talk • contribs) 12:34, 10 August 2006
Oh, sorry! I knew about this difference between North-American and British English, I just thought that "February 26" was correct, as this is the article's title, but from now on I'll be careful about it. Thanks! 200.138.194.25420:14, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
Cheers for adding the chart trajectories for the Meck page. Brilliant stuff. Great to have some chart people doing some good work on here Triangle e12:20, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
You're welcome. I was bored last night and couldn't sleep so I went through a lot of recent number one singles and added/completed chart trajectories and succession boxes to the ones that needed them. I update several of them on a weekly basis anyway. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 12:25, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
Wicked stuff! Where do you get your info from? I subscribe to a publication called Charts Plus. It has the Top 200 charts on a weekly basis and all sorts of other stuff. It's pretty cool. Triangle e12:27, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
I use the Radio 1 website to check the Singles and Downloads Top 40s every week, then on a Monday I check Yahoo! because they have the Top 75 Singles and Top 200 Downloads but not until Monday. On Fridays I check the Irish Singles Chart on the Irish Recorded Music Association's website. There's also a website linked from there where you can get the peak positions of any single in the Irish Chart. Then in addition to that, there's a site called polyhex.com which gives chart trajectories for all singles and downloads! I tend to forget about albums though! Damn it, now you know all my secrets! I try to be quick because I don't like people doing it before me!!! -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 12:36, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
I totally forgot that polyhex has the trajectories of the downloads too. They might be putting albums info up there soon. I hope so. It'll be great to see that info! Triangle e14:40, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
Is there any way I can put it up anonymously? Are you a member of any music fora? I could sign up and PM you my address. Triangle e22:53, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
I don't want to put mine on here either... if you activated your email on here you could email it to me or I could email mine to you or whatever... The only site I can think of where you could possibly send me a message is last.fm. I've got a link to my profile there on my user page. Not sure if it would work though. Email through here would probably be best. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:36, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
If you haven't already, you might want to move the article you made to the article space. There's no real point in it not being there, and if somebody else thinks it's not notable enough, they can always try and get it deleted. --JDdon't talkemail me14:46, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
I was going to wait and see what happened in the charts but yeah I think I'll just move it... can I just move the page or should I re-create it? -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 15:05, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
The pages I've been making in my userspace, I've just moved. Whichever way you go about doing it though, you can tag the page in your userspace with {{db-u1}} if you want it deleted afterwards. --JDdon't talkemail me15:11, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
The Esperanza To-Do List is a place where you may list any request, big or small, for assistance. If you need help with archiving your usertalk, for example, all you need to do is list it here and somebody will help you out. Likewise, if you need help with some area of editing on Wikipedia, list it here! Again, any matter, trivial or not, can be placed on this page. However, all matters listed on this page must not be of an argumentative nature. You do not need to be a member of Esperanza (or this program) to place or fulfill requests on this page. If you don't have any requests, consider coming by and fulfilling a few! This program has not been very active, but has lots of potential!
What's New?
In order to help proposed programs become specific enough to make into full-fledged programs, the In development section of the proposals page has been created. Proposals that are promising, but need to be organized in more detail are listed here. Please take a look at what is there, and help the proposals turn into programs.
To improve both the layout and text of the front page, in an attempt to clarify the image of Esperanza, the front page is going to have some redesigning take place. Please take your creative minds to Wikipedia:Esperanza/Front page redesign to brainstorm good ideas.
Many thanks to MiszaBot, courtesy of Misza13, for delivering the newsletter.
In order to make sure all users who join Esperanza are welcomed, a list of volunteers who are willing to welcome new Esperanzians is at Wikipedia:Esperanza/Members#Esperanza_welcomers. Please add yourself if you are interested; we want to make sure all new Esperanza members are welcomed!
The In development section of the proposals page has been created.
Proposals page: Some proposals have been moved to the aforementioned "In development" section, some have been left as a proposal, and others have been archived. For those proposals that were a good idea but didn't necessarily constitute a program, General Esperanzial Actions has been created.
Two small pieces of charter reform will be decided on in a straw poll at Wikipedia talk:Esperanza/Governance. One involves filling the position of any councillors who may leave, the other involves reforming the charter.
Until cooperation with the Kindness Campaign is better defined, it remains as a proposed program.
Although having the newsletter appear on everyone's userpage is desired, this may not be ideal for everyone. If, in the future, you wish to receive a link to the newsletter, rather than the newsletter itself, you may add yourself to Wikipedia:Esperanza/Newsletter/Opt Out List.
I don't. But it's not called Celebrity Big Brother UK, it's called Celebrity Big Brother, and it's in the UK. But I can't move the page. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 19:52, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
Well I know for a fact that Big Brother Australia is named Big Brother Australia, and I wanted all the articles named to Big Brother country and Big Brother series country, but people said no, saying that Big Brother UK isn't named Big Brother UK, and that the country is in brackets as disambiguation of Big Brother. Nobody had anything that supported their argument, but I managed to provide two things to support mine. Anyway, I had to move Celebrity Big Brother UK to where it is now because I couldn't move it to Celebrity Big Brother (UK). That's because somebody (you) edited the page after it was set as a redirect to something else. A page can only overwrite an existing page if the page is a redirect to the original page, and hasn't been edited since the page was created. If you still want it moved, you're gonna have to go to WP:RM. --talk toJDwants e-mail19:58, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
I didn't edit the page after it was set as a redirect. It was moved from Celebrity Big Brother (UK) to Celebrity Big Brother which created the redirect. I tried to move Celebrity Big Brother UK to Celebrity Big Brother (UK) but couldn't. I then editied Celebrity Big Brother (UK) to point to Celebrity Big Brother UK instead of your disambiguation page. It hadn't been edited between the move and my edit. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 20:14, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
Oh right, sorry then. In that case, I dunno why it wouldn't have let you move it back to where it originally was. WP:RM would still be the place to go for getting that fixed if you can't move it yourself though. --talk toJDwants e-mail20:18, 16 August 2006 (UTC)

EastEnders actor
Hi, I noticed that there are two articles for the actor who played Adi Ferreira in EE. Ameet Chana and Ameet Channa. The second one just appears to be BS, saying that he has been knighted! It seems to be talking about the same actor as they both mention that he played the same role in Bend it like Beckham. Do you think I should just blank the page and redirect it to the first one, or should it be nominated for deletion? I see that it has already been nominated on it's talk page, but they decided to keep it! Gungadin11:11, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
I suggest finding out the correct spelling of his name and merging the two articles together, redirecting the one with the wrong spelling. If he hasn't been knighted then remove that, or ask for a citation if you're not sure. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 14:29, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
Thanks AP. Do I need to get some kind of consensus vote before I merge, or should I just do it? He definitely hasn't been knighted.... If he has then what is the world coming to, lol. Gungadin00:41, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
Thanks AP, I have finshed for now. I was going to draw your attention to that article as I'm not sure if it's perhaps too long now. I dont know whether the new section I added should be reduced or whether some of the storylines should be condensed. I was reading it and there is a lot of detail about the Shannis stuff, maybe too much detail. Anyway let me know what you think would be best, or whether it should just be left alone for now Gungadin21:18, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
God knows, I dont think it was ever said, she was always a bit of a depressive nutter. Last time we saw Sue she was in an assylum, rocking back and forth with foam coming out of her mouth, lol. Only Kathy ever went to visit her off-screen, she told Ali that Sue wanted contact with their baby, but he refused, then he was gone a few months later anyway and so she was never mentioned again. If it was real life she would probably have been released by now though. if I put she has never been released in the article then maybe it should be changed to 'it is unknown whether she was released'. Gungadin21:48, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
No problem! It actually moved all my categories to the bottom, whereas I have them next to the appropriate userbox to keep them in the right order and to know to delete a category if I decide to delete a box! I didn't think something like that would have such a devastating effect on my user page!! -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 13:01, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
Copyright problems with Image:AisleyneBigBrother7UK.jpg
Thanks so much for all your help. I've decided I should just leave the page be free of my uploaded images, as you've made me understand that it wouldn't be able to include all 22 of them anyways. (Is it right to say that the page needs images like TV stills to have them all in there instead?)
Oh, and about the previously deleted Big Brother images from a while back, I put them up without knowing they needed licensing details. This time around, I was trying to put them up with the details, but I was new to that and didn't know how to do it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ross-1989 (talk • contribs) 22:29, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
The BB7 housemates page had 22 TV stills before, which is too many to count as fair use, so uploading screen captures would be no good either. It would only be ok if each housemate had their own page, but very few of them are notable enough for that. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:34, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
Aisleyne image
Hey, Anemone. Its me again. I've just put a copyright tag under 'promophotos' into my Aisleyne image, and re-uploaded it onto the current Big Brother 7 housemates page. I've messaged you to find out if this counts as correcting the problem, and to ask if its okay to keep it on there. --Ross-198923:04, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
Please read Wikipedia:Publicity photos. The promophotos tag should only be used for images of a person, product, or event that is known to have come from a press kit or similar source. Images found on websites are not publicity/promotional photos. Also having an image of just one housemate seems biased toward that housemate. The image has already been removed (not by me) and marked as orphaned. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:33, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
Here in Wikipedia there are hundreds of wikipedians whose work and efforts go unappreciated. One occasionally comes across editors who have thousands of good edits, but because they may not get around as much as others, their contributions and hard work often go unnoticed. As Esperanzians we can help to make people feel appreciated, be it by some kind words or the awarding of a Barnstar. This is where the Barnstar Brigade comes in. The object of this program is to seek out the people which deserve a Barnstar, and help them feel appreciated. With your help, we can recognize more dedicated editors!

I'm not "Americanizing" anything.
I am an English person and if your refering to me I am only writng down what the official scripts for EastEnders said - and what is so "American" about what I put anyway?
I apologise for referring to your edit as "poorly spelt, Americanised rubbish". However, you changed the spelling of the words "realised" (to the Americanised spelling "realized", articles relating to the United Kingdom should use British English), "bowl" (to "bowel", which looks like a vandalism edit) and "during" (to "durning"). Also, changing "unconscious" to "asleep" was a bit silly – it's common sense that someone who was bashed over the head would fall unconsious, rather than asleep. I don't believe that Sarah Cairns stabbed herself, but if you believe that she did, and can provide a source for this on the internet, I will add that part back to the article. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 20:19, 20 September 2006 (UTC)

I just wondered why an article can't be specifically about a single. And what should be done in the case of double-A side singles? Should I do some article splitting? And merging of cover versions? Thanks. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:30, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
hi, yes, i been discussing that with another user lately...i guess we must fllow the rules...i think an article is for the songs not per single to have less pages but im not sure Rsf758922:32, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
Hello,
I was wondering what the situation is with the current X factor contestants i.e. now they're merged with X factor can they be deleted (or is it just Leona)? They're kind of annoying me because until the series progresses they're so non-notable.
Equally I think some of the contestants' pages from previous years just don't belong.
Having said that, that Raymond guy seems to have been in Brookside for 3 years and so perhaps has a claim to notability. Cheers. Dw29018:44, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
Hi, the result of Leona's AFD was to redirect to the X Factor 3 article, so I've reverted that. The MacDonald brothers is alraedy redirected. I'm going to merge Nikitta's article and redirect it now. If you see anyone changing these or creating new articles, please can you redirect them too? Raymond was in Brookside so is notable as an actor so his article should not be redirected. I haven't looked at previous years' contestants' pages but I will. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 18:49, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
Will Young
Why in god's name do you keep on changing Will's birthplace to TWO places? it is EITHER Reading OR Wokingham, not both! Also I don't think Evergreen being 'Westlife's song' is particularly interesting as they after all did just sing it, this implies some non-existent creative input, I have removed this countless times but am still defeated, why bother?! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.222.10.57 (talk • contribs) 22 October 2006, 19:12 UTC
Let me explain why Doctor Who titles are an exception to the MOS (which is a guideline, not policy, in any case). The original Doctor Who series from 1967 to 1989 was in serial format, and therefore the story titles are correctly placed in italics. When the Doctor Who articles were set forward, the convention was to follow this, as well as the convention followed in nearly all licensed literature (Doctor Who Magazine, and other reference works) to place the story titles, even the ones in the new series, in italics. The compromise worked out was that in dealing with articles solely within the Wikiproject, the episode/story titles would remain in italics, but outside, they would not. Now, whether not not Torchwood, as part of the Wikiproject, should follow this convention is a matter of discussion, perhaps, which I suggest you might want to bring up at Talk:Torchwood or WT:WHO, but I thought you should be apprised of the background. --khaosworks (talk • contribs) 02:40, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for that. I totally understand now why all Doctor Who episodes are in italics. And actually I wondered if that was the case, though I do remember thinking that the new series should be in quotation marks. But of course, it's to keep them all the same. If Torchwood is the same, then that's fine with me, but the song titles should still be in quotation marks. I'll join the discussion on talk:Torchwood. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 08:45, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
What exactly is your hostility to the idea having smaller and more useful categories than "Fictional animals"? You do understand that "Animals in literature" is not the same thing as "Fictional animals", don't you? I note that you haven't even made an effort to discuss this on a talk page instead of instantly proposing category deletions. Why not? RandomCritic16:24, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
Why is it against the rules? Well, I assume that spamming people to vote in an AFD is against the rules. I could be wrong. Anyway, your argument was excellent and, for that reason, I don't think it's necessary to ask people to vote. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 20:54, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
it's "link" if there is a singular link, as link is a singular word... if there are more than one, "External links" - the plural - is used... this is simple grammar, surely it can't be one of your pet hates... :S Trampikey(talk to me)(contribs)21:53, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
I didn't even know there were that many. There was a 4-hander that I remember, though I can't remember who was in it. It would have been a two-hander apart from the brief appearance of two other characters. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:13, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
Oh well never mind, I will just transfer it from the sandbox into a proper article now and it can be added to the template, so if anyone else remembers an episode they can include it. How do I make it into the article? do I just copy and paste it into a new page? Gungadin23:18, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
Move your sandbox to the mainspace to retain the history, i.e. click on the "move" tab and type in EastEnders two-hander episodes. Then if you want, you can have your sandbox speedy deleted as it'll be changed to a redirect. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:20, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
good catch on that bit of crystal ball work - I should have checked the history more closely, I thought it was a bit of hit and run vandalism. --Charlesknight16:08, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
I've been removing that from the article since yesterday. Even if it's the actual songs being performed, we can't add them until they actually start performing them. They could be wrong, and the order could change at the last minute. Also, the table that was added looked really bad! But I'm all ready to update the article as the show airs :) — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 16:13, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Hi! You're a bit more experienced on song pages than I...do you think Transylvania (song) is needed? (I came across it on the Category:McFly songs page). I personally don't..unless it becomes a single of course. --Stacey14:29, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
No it's not needed, unless it becomes a single. As it used to be a redirect to the Iron Maiden album, I've turned it into a disambiguation page. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 14:38, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
I had OCD about Sue being on Emine, Rayif and Murat's pages, and Ayse being listed as Mehmet and Ali's sister when she's not! I think I got the worst section! Have you seen how many Bs there are? And I have to do up to I!! Trampikey(talk to me)(contribs)20:45, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
LOL! Well I'm glad you did the Osmans because I'm not really aware of them, so I didn't notice Sue and any other wrong family members. Wanna trade some? I can get AWB to automatically remove italics from the family secion, I worked it out! :) — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 20:48, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
Tainted poll?
Hi. Sorry to bother you. You participated in a television episode article naming poll which now lives at this location. Some feel that wording changes have compromised the results of that poll. If you don't mind, could you please take a look at what is there now and add a quick note at WT:TV-NC#Looking for anyone who objects to the last poll to say whether your feelings on the matter remain the same? Of course you can feel free to read over the entirety of both links for more information. Thanks. —Wknight94 (talk) 02:19, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Eton Road are not notable enough to require their own article at the moment. Feel free to edit their section on the X Factor article. They should only have their own article if they release a record. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 18:49, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
I don't think he could be 38 years old, as Karen would be 39 years old now, and unless she managed to reproduce aged one, I don't think it's possible he could be 38... Trampikey(talk to me)(contribs)15:28, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
I know you are involved in editing and maintaining similar articles, so I would value your input on this discussion. Thanks --GW_SimulationsUser Page | Talk00:39, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Well that person hasn't vandalised since you messaged me... but I'll keep an eye on my watchlist for more. What is is with this person who keeps doing that? — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 11:58, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
I didn't try to "guess" I made 3 pages in 3 windows and when it was annouced I clicked the save button. The Template page i accedently saved the wrong one. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Coreix (talk • contribs) 21:06, 9 December 2006 (UTC).
Please do not move pages by cutting and pasting their contents, as you did with Beware of the Dog. When a cut-and-paste move is done, the page history of an article or talk page can be split among two or more different pages. This is a Very Bad Thing, because we need to keep the history with the content for copyright reasons. Please use the "move" tab in future. Thanks — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 21:06, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
OK, I'm sorry. Just did not see an other way to get it to the "Beware of the Dog" article, as the name is supposed to be. Again sorry and thanks for telling me. --Luigi-ish21:55, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
No problem. You should be able to move a page over a redirect if the redirect page hasn't been edited since it was moved to the existing page... if that makes sense. For more information take a look at WP:MOVE. If you need to move a page but cannot, you can list it at WP:RM or add the {{db-move}} template to the page with the correct title. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:20, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Will Young All time love
Why do you keep removing chart info about the above track, every day you delete the info put on, why do you think you have the right to remove it, if you think there is an error then correct it, but dont remove the whole page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Yoyouyou (talk • contribs) 11:27, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
I know you started it but i updated the chart stats info months ago, other artists have the same info for their releases, and Will Young has it for his other singles why is ATL different.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Yoyouyou (talk • contribs) 14:26, 14 December 2006 (UTC).
Can you please refrain from fowarding the Ben Mills page to your X Factor 3 page. It is only in your opinion that he and the other X Factor finalists are not notable outside of the X Factor. Whilst you are entitled to your opinion, this does not give you the right to preside over who should and shouldn't have a page dedicated to them. Ben finished a highly credible 3rd in this competition and has therefore attained a certain level of notoriety, regardless of whether or not he has released an album. Thank you. Benmillsonline08:41, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
Thank you. If AFD come back and say that we need to wait for him to bring out an album, can you please make sure your biographical information about him on your X Factor page is correct. For instance, he was born in the Medway area, not Ashford. Benmillsonline09:20, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
I don't think I wrote that about Ben Mills but please change it if it's wrong. I've cleaned up the Ben Mills article to give it more of a chance of being judged on notability rather than not looking very good! The X Factor UK and Ireland series 3 is not my page as nobody owns any Wikipedia articles, I've just been the person who edited it the most! — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 10:05, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for making the changes. As you can probably guess I'm new to this! I will make further changes during my lunch hour to include the sources where the information has been taken from. Benmillsonline11:50, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
You modified a Björk track (Vökuró (Björk song)) page so it would revert back to the Medúlla album page.
Why did you do this?
My reason for modifying the original paga created (titled Vokuro) was so that it would include the translation as I had to find this elsewhere on the internet and expected to find it on Wiki.
Surely if Wiki were a website for all knowledge it should allow a page for a translation of the icelandic lyrics?
As this was my first submission I'd like to know if there were any errors as I didn't intend to be ignorant regarding this.
Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sluisga (talk • contribs) 24 December 2006, 01:59 (UTC)
Why? It just took me 25 seconds to load it. You should consider those of us who don't have the benefit of broadband. 308 kilobytes is a bit much. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 13:39, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
25 seconds isnt a lot; if I archive then I cant find anything, my own connection isnt that fast and I have to download pages at least twice as large. I am persoanlly not in favour of archiving any talk pages and while I recognise I am in a minority I can at least control my user talk page. I have found at times that with a few items on the talk page a trollish editor can pick up on stuff and misuse it, that has stopped with my enoprmous page so its a protective mechanism too (EE isnt controversial but a lot of political articles I edit are), SqueakBox18:11, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
Fair enough, it's your talk page, you can do whatever you want with it. It took 31 seconds to load this time though. Also, you don't have to archive by date, you could archive by subject. Do you remove unimportant messages? Do you really need to find stuff from 2004? — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 20:39, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
Not everything is there but I dont remove anything. What I particularly like is searching out old users, all I'd have to do is write Anem in search and I'd have you at my fingertips, so to speak. It also lets users know I have been around a long time, which has its advantages for much newer users or the odd admin. On another note after 10-12 years of solid watching I moved abroad and dont now watch EastEnders. Really hoping technological advances will allow me to be able to do so again while living here in Honduras, both for professional and personal reasons, SqueakBox20:48, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
I hope that you have a wonderful New Year and will party all night long. If you don't celebrate New year at this time well then happy early or late New Year and I still advise that you have a good time tonight!!! | ¿Why1991ESP. | Sign Here22:44, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
