They are actually copyright violations under WP:G12. I do not think that WP:G11 applies as a technical solution (a blockchain protocol) is explained. While it starts with some grand claims about alledgedly being the best etc, protocol, I don't think that this is classical "promotion" per se. The claims of superiority could have been removed and still leave a sensible stub. The copyvio is the more severe reason.
