Tartus ArticleHi Anas! I'm planning on re-writing Tartus article completely if I'm lucky enough to find all the sources I need at the public library. My aim is to raise the quality of the article to GA or possibly getting it nominated for a featured article. I'm wondering if you can tell me about the process of assessing articles or if you can co-operate with me on that. Regards Ahmadac 20:15, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
Thank you!!

Has it been the subject of secondary sources? Such sources must be reliable, and independent of the subject. It is important that all content be attributable. The "secondary sources" in the criterion include reliable published works in all forms, such as (for examples) newspaper articles, books, television documentaries, and published reports by consumer watchdog organizations except for the following:

It was successful, and I am now, may God have mercy on us all, an administrator. Look at all the new buttons! I had heard about 'protect,' 'block user,' and 'delete,' but no one told me about 'kill,' 'eject,' and 'purée.' I appreciate the trust the community has in me, and I'll try hard not to delete the main page or block Jimbo. -FisherQueen (Talk) 17:55, 2 July 2007 (UTC) thanksthanks much.BlueShrek 19:18, 2 July 2007 (UTC) hey how do i get someone blocked longer for sockpuppetry? hes a proven sockpuppeter and yet hes not been punished for it. The only reason why I was asking is because its in the rules. Thank you.BlueShrek 03:30, 3 July 2007 (UTC) My recent RfBThank you so much for your participation in my recent RfB. Though it closed with 72% support (below the required 90%), I'm still quite pleased at the outpouring of support shown by a fair percentage of the community. I'm currently tabulating and calculating all opposing and neutral arguments to help me better address the community's concerns about my abilities as a bureaucrat. If you'd like, you can follow my progress (and/or provide additional suggestions) at User:EVula/admin/RfB notes. Thanks again! Thanks!Thank you for your birthday message on my talk page! Have a nice day, - Zeibura (Talk) 23:58, 3 July 2007 (UTC) Hi, could you add Arabic script to Doghmush? I'm not sure I've got the romanization correct but this is the way it appeared in the news today, upon Alan Johnston's release. Thank you! Badagnani 06:30, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
My RFAHi Anas, just a quick note to say thanks for participating in my request for adminship. It was successful and I now have some shiny new buttons. If I can ever be of help, please let me know. Happy editing, mattbr 09:48, 4 July 2007 (UTC) Iraq MapYou seem to have extensive knowledge regarding middle eastern affairs and seem to use wikipedia quite easily. In the Syria article under the Governorates section there is a large detailed image that you have created. I would like to request that you might be able to something similar, or tell me how to create something similar, for the Iraq article. Thank you, and I await your reply, Abdalla A 21:23, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

ApologiesI'm very sorry for the mix-up. I'll try to pay more attention to the last warnings or any current warnings for the month before reporting next time. Thank you for the warning. Again, sorry. I've done AIV's in the past where there was last warning within the past couple days and admin has blocked, is this improper? Thanks! -Superbeecat 22:34, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

Hi, can you add Arabic script at Arabic coffee? This article seems fairly poorly written, as well. Badagnani 16:37, 7 July 2007 (UTC) I did try that but I wasn't sure it said "Arabic coffee" or something similar, since I don't know all the letters yet.
