Firstly, it's not punishment, it was prevention - and you clearly did need to be prevented from your ongoing tirade of personal attacks. Secondly, if you wish to be unblocked you will need to post an unblock request - you know how to do that, as you have done it before. Finally, you have already previously claimed you had calmed down but then continued with your raging against other people, so simply saying the same thing again is not very convincing. In your unblock request, you will need to make it clear that you fully understand the seriousness of harassing and attacking other editors, and make a believable commitment to stopping that. I just lost the control, because many many articles were changed, major deleted, without a warning to find references, it is not fair to edit and have all of your work deleted by people who does this everytime when they are here, they just delete, no improvements, we should implement a rule, where you can get a warn, before something like this happen, because Wikipedia will lose major content in the future. We have to be like a team, to cooperate, to be patient with editors, not just to delete what they add, without having the time to add the reference. Wikipedia lost many editors because of other editors, I can see and tell you this. I calm down now, and I will be an usefull editor, you can see how many I did in 6 months.

It was my fault, I should not react like this, you need to understand that I am here to improve Wikipedia, and when happened this, I come home after a long work day and I have seen many of my watch pages massive deleted. Why people not add ^{[citation needed]} first? They just delete. And other people who do edit, and maybe they read the article after a few days, weeks or months and see that what they write was deleted, how they would feel? They will never edit again. And is Wikipedia who lose! I see already many good editors, with many pages created, not editing anymore here. Can you implement a rule please, and to do not let massive material to be deleted without a warning or to add this first ^{[citation needed]} because probably the person who does delete he does not know if is correct or not, and to give the chance to other people to add a source. It is sad because some people just delete, they do not add a word ! How we can make Wikipedia to progress and to get more materials and contents if people just delete? :(

No, nobody here can implement any such rule - the responsibility is on *you* to provide verification of material you add *at the time you add it*. Now, you can try to get Wikipedia's verifiability policy changed by community discussion and consensus if you wish, at Wikipedia:Village pump (policy), but I'd rate your chances of overturning verifiability policy as close to zero. If your edits are reverted for being unsourced, all you need to do is provide reliable sources and reinstate the material, and not get angry about how some nasty policy is preventing you adding whatever you want to articles without needing to provide sources (or, better, get your sources first and include them at the time you make edits). Of course, before you can try to get that core policy oveturned, you will first need to get yourself unblocked. And the only thing could get that to happen is a sole focus on your behaviour and stopping blaming everyone else for reverting your edits - if you can not accept seeing your edits reverted (and you are showing no signs of being able to handle that at all), then you should simply not be editing here. I already found references for my edits, the problem is that on Wikipedia are many many unreferenced material, added by other people, and I do not delete, but other people will delete it, without trying to find anyreferences. :(
