Synizesis Edit

Hi Ahmetlii, you've recently deleted a large edit that I made to the Synizesis article. As I understand it there was a MoS error in my edit. Could I ask what the error was in particular? If there is any simple fix I can make, I would gladly do so, but if at all possible I would like to restore any edits that I made that are not problematic. Thanks in advance. Pastina?

Just wondering if you're still trying to converse with that anonymous editor regarding content at Pastina? I caught the IP editor just now blanking the Turkish language redirect instead of seeking venues like WP:RFD or, in the case of the discussion at the article's Talk page, WP:3O. @JalenFolf: Ok, thanks. The fact is that I see that the editor is right about its difference after doing a research - because I knew what is Şehriye, but unsure about what is Pastina. Anyway, a RfD or 3O could be fine, but I think that it's only necessary when there's a problem about edits (like should we write another article for redirect - because a lot of articles in other languages including Turkish and Zaza languages are crediting to Şehriye). I believe that I can just write another article for Şehriye rather than redirecting it to Pastina, because there's a lot of physical differences about it as the anon. editor said. @JalenFolf: @Ahmetlii: Hello, "anonymous editor" checking in. Was previously unaware of the existence of WP:RFD until it was brought it up here and on JalenFolf's talk page. Thanks for the info. As to spiking the redirect, I mistakenly thought I was legitimately ending a malformed redirect that, by the authority of what I thought was a mutual agreement I had with Ahmetlii on the Pastina talk page, namely that Pastina and Sehriye are two completely different entities, would allow for the redirect to end, even though the redirect wasn't discussed specifically. Please note, my intent was certainly not part of any covert plan to get away with something wrong, wherein one might be "caught" in the act. As to the subject of the current redirect from Şehriye to Pastina, there really isn't any connection between the two other than they both are types of pasta and I would like to suggest, please, that the redirect be removed. As to the English language article of Pastina itself, I made some slight edits to separate the concepts of the Italian "Pastina" from the current inclusion of the Turkish "Şehriye", perhaps as an interim compromise stemming from our conversation on the Pastina talk page. The original words are still there but have been rearranged to locations where the two entities are kept more separate, as this situation evolves, with the hope that the references in the Pastina article to the Turkish "Şehriye" and the links to Turkish cuisine and the Turkish stub be removed. One other thing, the photograph used in the Pastina article is not an accurate representation of Pastina, but rather it is of various random Italian pasta shapes that one may consider to tend toward the small end of the size scale. The closest thing to Pastina in that photograph may be Grattini, but oddly, the photograph doesn't actually show a sample of Pastina itself. Despite the translation, Pastina is not used as a generic term for all types of small Italian pasta, but, it is an actual singular type of Italian pasta that developed over the years to a specific size and shape. Please note that each pasta pictured in the photograph has its own name, but, ironically, Pastina is not shown. There also exists the reality, that depending upon the region (or even, town) of Italy where one finds oneself, the exact same cut of pasta may have as many as four or five different names across the entire peninsula, from one Italian dialect to another. It would be quite the undertaking to sort it out and would require a massive spreadsheet. @Samboy 01681: Yes, if you mean systemic bias, Wikipedia has a systemic bias but that's what the all editors helping for ending it. Also, The Britannica is a reliablle source, but your sources are apparently not citing any source from a university's press, DOI, JSTOR, or something like that. Please don't make citing from biased source because of its nature (for example, if I cite an unreliable newspaper from Pakistan, India, or China in Kashmir conflict, or citing The Sun on Boris Johnson or Partition of Ireland, probably my citation will be removed and I will get a warning). The rule for speedy deletion is NOT whether the person is notable, but whether there is any indication of significance. For example, "X is a university student at Y university "merits speedy; "X is president of the Y university student association" does not, even though it wil most likely be deleted at AfD. You recently offered a statement in a request for arbitration. Mkat29, I guess that you wanted to talk about me due to the edits on Gideon Greif. Let me explain my reasons and notes completely:
First of all, I'm not a neo-fascist nor a revisionist. Again, I'm not an expert nor an user who has special rights neither a representative of WMF, so I don't care whether you donated or not. I'm a editor, and try to not making personal attacks with saying "you're neo-Nazi" without any evidence. Please see WP:NPA.
Second, the reason for reverting your edits was removing the contents and references, and then you didn't provide any discussion or source for it. Please see WP:V.
I also guessed that you probably complained because I said WP:FRINGE. However, I accept the fact about Holocaust and condemn Nazis. That's not the problem. The problem was that you said that the person said "the casualties was more than 700 or 800 thousand" and you didn't cite any sources for it. And therefore, I couldn't verify the claim (due to the fact that I'm not an expert), and I thought that this is against WP:FRINGE and WP:BLP. (and notice that the rules on BLPs are so strict)

I know you are not an expert. I am upset because I am aware that there are plenty of neo-Ustase people out there who deliberately spread misinformation on wikipedia. They are actively trying to discredit Dr. Greif's work because they are ultranationalists. This is why I am in firm support of locking Gideon Greif's page once we get this matter sorted out. I actually did cite a source and I will cite it here again at the end. The new death toll was discovered by Holocaust expert Gideon Greif. It was erroneously cited on wikipedia as "outdated" when in fact the finding is based on very recent findings from 2019. There is also misinformation on wikipedia saying that Dr. Greif is not well informed on the topic when in fact he is the foremost expert on the topic. No one is more qualified to speak on the matter. Dr. Greif points out that the death toll includes 800 000 Serbs and 40 000 Jews. Unfortunately he doesn't provide a new death toll for the Romas. The old death toll was 40 000 for this group. When anti-fascists are factored into the count it easily reached 1, 000 000. Greif acknowledges that there was still many mass graves that have yet to be exhumed. Additionally, the death toll does not factor in those who were burned in Picilli's furnace, turned into soap etc. Dr. Greif has spent 30 years on Yad Veshem, the world's leading authority for Holocaust information. He spent four years of his life studying the Serbian genocide and came to the conclusion that the death toll is much higher than perviously thought this is due in part to many reason's including but not limited to Tito's denial of the genocide in favour or "brotherhood" and "unity." Here is the source which discusses Greif's book "Jasenovac: Aushwitz of the Balkans" which I am in possession of. Lastly there was incorrect information on Greif's page saying that the UN was distancing himself from his work when it in fact was the opposite. The UN hosted his exhibition "Jasenovac- the Right to Remembrance" was held at the UN headquarters in NY on January 26, 2018. You need to understand the impact and gravity of spreading misinformation about genocides whether deliberately or through negligence.

Greater Dhaka was removed because it is not a megalopolis by definition. Dhaka is a megacity but it is definitely not a megalopolis as there are no metropolitan areas adjacent to Dhaka
