You reverted my edit on Amanda Hearst and justified it by saying "you removed content without adequately explaining why." In fact I did not remove content, I only moved it to a new section. - I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect a user to analyze an edit before reverting it. I would certainly extend that consideration to you or any other user. Since your objection to my edit seems to be primarily based on the lack of an edit summary, and not the content of the change, I have restored it, this time with a summary. - Why do you expect others to spend time to analyze your edits when you can simply supply an edit summary? While wp:AGF does support an editor checking edits, so many complicated edits are made w/o an ES that many wp:RCP and admins will revert edits that they can not understand with a quick review.
- BTW: Your undo removed a citation and you didn't explain why. It is the fourth citation on the previous version here. You reverted my edit to the above page, claiming entirely erroneously that I did not explain this edit. I explained this edit on the talk page. It seems from the comments below that you make a habit of this sort of thing. Have you stopped to ask yourself why? Are you just out to dissuade people from contributing and improving wikipedia? - @JA Translator: I am a wp:RCP; I get lots of fan mail. Your wp:edit summary (ES), by itself, did not give a valid reason for removal. You should state in the ES to see the talk page - relevant section. If you had added to the ES: "See talk:Infiltration (medical)", I would not have undone your edit.
- If you do undo someone else's edit, please leave an ES explaining why? Beware of wp:edit warring issues.
- Please leave new talk at the bottom of the page. I moved your talk here. Also, Please link to the article in question. I added a link in the section heading.
