Khaled Hosseini

You indicated that Khaled Hosseini had dual citizenship. What evidence do you have of his citizenship in Afghanistan? I realize that he was born there, that is not what I mean. --Bejnar (talk) 18:04, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You said "so naturally he is a citizen of that country for the rest of life". That may be true for Afghanistan, but it is not true all over the world. On the talk page I have asked for a citation to the laws of Afghanistan with respect to this issue. Since he appears to have renounced his Afghan nationality, can you find a citation to something that says that such a voluntary renunciation is invalid in Afghanistan? --Bejnar (talk) 21:51, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
