I am reverting the revert made by Ww2censor for a couple of reasons (and I will reiterate this on their talk page):
Ww2censor has been lazy and simply reverted my whole edit, instead of changing the specific detail that they had issue with.
Ww2censor is incorrect in his assertion that a) I do not "respect" other peoples' version of English and b) that the spelling I changed was wrong. To clarify, the spelling in English (which is the form of spelling that is used in the Republic of Ireland) for the NOUN is '(a) licence'. The VERB is '(to) license'. Likewise, the spelling in English for the VERB is 'licensing' and 'licensed'. The same is true for the words 'practice/practise' and 'advice/advise'.
I'm sorry to say that's just US centric BS. I have reverted you a 2nd time. Take it to the talk page if you are so determied to make those changes and see if other editors agree with you. ww2censor (talk) 17:25, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Your accusation of "US-centric bullshit" is actually laughable, as I'm not actually from the USA! My IP is. Also, as I've pointed out, there is a spelling difference in English for the verb and the noun. There is no such differentiation in US-English.
If you have reverted my whole edit, without attention to the edits which concerned things other than the spelling of licence, then I will revert your revert. You may revert those edits I made to the spelling of licence without consequence from me, until I find a citation.
