Dictionaries

Definition of confectionery

1) the confectioner's art or business

Please stop removing this. Yes, I get it: your favorite dictionary doesn't give "the art of making confections" as the first definition. But mine does, and mine's an American English dictionary, being used for an article written in American English, so it actually is verifiable and correct.
