August 2017Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that in this edit to Gao Ming Jie, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 10:40, 21 August 2017 (UTC)
@Oshwah:: that was a merge, not vandalism. I merged Gao Ming Jie to Gao Mingjie because they're about the same person. Regards, 59.149.124.29 (talk) 10:41, 21 August 2017 (UTC)

Hello. Thank you very much for all of the additional information on Go Se-tae! I did have one question: for the newspaper link that you provided for his death, could you tell me where exactly his obituary is printed in that source. I believe that it is there, I just cannot identify where to click because I don't read/speak Korean, and I wanted to add the clipping to my personal files. Thank you again! editing user talk pagesHi, when you added your WP:RFD notice to User talk:Ywwuyi, you removed the notice I provided of the nomination I made. I've re-added my notice now. Can you please be more careful when editing user talk pages please? It's bad practice (see WP:TPO) to edit other people's message on talk pages. Thanks. Iffy★Chat -- 10:37, 29 January 2018 (UTC)

Note that it'll be deleted under WP:G13 if it's not edited for six months. – Joe (talk) 21:01, 17 June 2018 (UTC) Thanks for everything you doIt's been a while since you've been thanked, so I just wanted to say it again. As you have commented on the RfD—thank you for pointing out that it was not the correct place—I invite you to voice your opinion about that request on the aforementioned talk page. — bieχχ (talk) 11:37, 22 August 2018 (UTC) Chai K TohHi - you may want to be aware that temporary or unofficial names used for foreigners in countries like China, Taiwan, Japan, etc. are not real names, and are not legal. Without a clear proof that it is a legal name and you put in wikipedia is like "jumping the gun". The 3rd parties you mention may be using a temporary or unofficial name for their convenience and having a web page on it does not imply its legal status. The university NCKU you cited is not responsible for name verification. They could be using it as a translation to enable their Chinese audience who have problems pronouncing English names. Extra care is needed when you put names on people. I suggest you temporarily remove it until we have verified sources to confirm it. Fellow007 (talk) 18:40, 16 September 2018 (UTC) 당신을 위한 반스타!
Park Mok-wolYes, I had issues with your edits to the actual article. You added material to the summary that was not in the body of the article and reduced the section on his life to a ridiculous snippet. I'll restore those two sections and leave your other additions. DYK for Writing linesOn 11 October 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Writing lines, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that writing lines (example pictured), as cartoon character Bart Simpson does on a chalkboard, has survived even as other forms of school discipline have fallen out of favour? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Writing lines. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Writing lines), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
